I purchased 4 new tires in summer of 2025. Within 3 months one of the 4 tires was flat. I took it…read moreback to this location for repair and under warranty the tire was patched for free. about 6 months later the same tire was flat again -NO NAILS OR OBJECTS WERE FOUND TO HAVE PUNCTURE THE TIRE EITHER TIME. The patch seemed to be OK, it was a mystery. The tire was patched again for free and returned. On this second trip I specifically asked for a new tire, but was denied. I told them I had to drive 1,000 miles for a road trip the next day and I needed to make sure the tire was OK. Absolutely 0 consideration for the trip by the techs. They did nothing basically but jack the wheel cover up, please see the attached photos. I didn't look at the time to see how badly their craftsmanship was. Instead I took a look the following day when the tire started to lose air on the way to Dallas. I had to pull over 3 times at filling stations to put air in the tire in order to make it to Dallas. In Dallas I visited another discount tire location where they not only gave me a new tire, but diagnosed the other one and surmised a bar code on the inside of that tire was pushing up against the rim and likely causing my loss of air.

A few months later, while traveling, that same tire suffered a catastrophic blowout on the highway, forcing me to pay for a tow and purchase emergency replacement tires just to get home safely. What made the experience worse was the way the situation was handled. The manager told me he found no holes or punctures, but still blamed "underinflation." He refused to provide any written or signed findings and stated he would only document the cause if I replaced the tire through their store. I have recordings of these conversations. Initially, they denied warranty coverage and only offered the replacement tire after I asked them to show me where the warranty required installation. I was even accused of "stealing" because I didn't trust them to install a tire on my car again (just got a new set of 4 from Sam's club yesterday).I still have the tire and photos documenting the failure. I understand tires can fail, but customer service, transparency, and standing behind your work matter. Instead of helping, I was left with over $1,800 in out-of-pocket expenses and a manager who seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the issue. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

On 12/29/2015, I took my car to a random auto shop for the State Vehicle Inspection. The inspector…read morestated that my car did not pass the inspection because my front brakes were "metal on metal." He also stated that he could have the brakes replaced and fixed for $99. This raised red flags for me for many reasons. First, my front brakes were just replaced about 4 to 5 months ago - there's no way they'd already be metal on metal. Second, I've driven my car when the brakes were metal on metal - I know what it feels like, and I know what it feels like when they're nearly metal to metal. My car was not exhibiting any of these signs. Because of this, I told him my husband wanted to check out my brake pads first. I then had to pay him the $7.00 inspection fee. So, today, 12/30/2015, I took my car to Firestone for a second opinion. This inspector, Nathan Mallick, said my front brakes were fine, and that the rotors would need to replaced eventually, but they were still perfectly acceptable and worked well - and that there was no reason my car should have failed inspection. And, little did I know, Firestone also does State Inspections! So I asked them to re-do the inspection (there was no way I was going back to get swindled at the other place), and my car passed. Of course, I've had enough positive experiences with Firestone that, had he told me the other guy was correct, I would have taken his word for it. I'm very satisfied with Firestone's services!
