I had a slow leak on my tire. The guy checked my tires and they were all newish from the year prior. The boys here fixed my slow leak, turns out it was corrosion on the inner well due to all the salt from this winter. They fixed me up for free!!! Horrible experience from start to finish. My car had a flat tire from debris in the road and I have been unable to find a spare for it. At the shop I asked if they would be able to get one in since they were a tire place and I was brushed off in a we could but don't want to way. The tow company turned my hazards on to tow my car which is normal. This ran my car battery low, which was brought up to them when dropping of my car for new tires. I was told not to worry they would take care of it. Then apparently wrote a note for the tire tech that said my car made a weird clicking noise and wont start. Nothing on the paper about what we talked about with it being the dead battery. Also when talking to the front desk when I dropped off my car he said that if they had any questions they would call and my car would be done on Monday morning. On Monday I never received a call anything was wrong and had no update on my car. I ended up having to call them in the afternoon. The guy on the phone said my car had not gotten new tires since it wouldn't start and they had no note of the dead battery and had no intention  to call me. I don't know how they thought just leaving my car there and not letting me know what was going on when I had an appointment that morning and should have ben able to pick it up was a good business practice. After calling them since it didn't occur to discount tire to actually call me or update me in any way they still not helpful and said the front desk person didn't write things down properly so they were just leaving my car since they didn't know what to do with it. I offered to come in and jump it since they would have tried that already if they could. When I was leaving I got a call that they did have a jumper box, it didn't cross their minds to use it earlier.   after all that their work day was over and they had to then do the tires the next day. They seemed prod of themselves to be able to it me in the day after my appointment and I should feel grateful not inconvenienced they  took another day. The following day they actually finished the work. When it was time to pay I was just told we have this number written down on a piece of paper. I was not given any break down of that number or options on warranties for the tire that I said I wanted  and were originally going to happen when I talked to the guy at the front desk. They were very un professional from start to finish and no one seemed to know what was going on. read more

I received my keys after replacing my tires. All the push buttons were missing from my keys and I asked them what happened to all the buttons on my keys. They said no idea and it wasn't possible for them to take it out and lose it. I asked if the mechanic had dropped it and put it back together, but said he doesn't remember since he worked on 5 of the similar cars that day. I guess it magically disappeared. read more

But they said it wasn't their problem and never offered a resolution for the issue. Said they didn't care about me coming back to the store because of their systems mess up. Explanation given, questions answered, friendly, knowledgeable... the entire time I was there not one employee appeared to just be hanging out. I bought a set of tires for my truck after they repaired a flat that had been incorrectly repaired and paid for the week prior. They dismounted the tire from the rim, found a small shard of metal causing the slow leak, and patched the tire from the inside. Thus, within a few weeks I bought tires for my wife's car, then later a set for my truck. The update is that on our new Camry my wife has had two flats in the same tire, a finish nail and another puncture. Both were repaired for free. I've been recommending Discount Tire to anyone when the subject arises, and my daughters have purchased tires from them as well. We're all fans. read more

My husband brought my car in because my tire pressure was low. I was sure I ran over a nail and hopefully just needed a patch and not an entire replacement. Sure enough, it was a nail and needed a patch job. To our surprise, the patch was free! We didn't purchase the tires from Discount Tire but they told my husband that that was their store policy. We were both very impressed by their business model. Discount Tire will be the place I go when I need to purchase tires in the future. read more

They broke and replaced a TPMS sensor when installing my new tires without telling me about it. The sensor they used was not compatible with my car and I wasn't getting any pressure readings. I made a total of 5 extra trips to Discount Tire and 2 extra trips to Lexus before getting the ok from the store manager to have Lexus fix it. I had to pay the $800 up front then wait two weeks to get reimbursed. It was such a frustrating ordeal. Most frustrating was the lack of communication. One employee would tell me one thing and next day, another would tell me something different. Least they could have done was reimburse me for the extra gas and time I wasted on those 7 extra trip. I will not be going back and I recommend you avoid as well! read more

Low tire pressure indicator let me know I was losing tire pressure in the left rear tire of my vehicle. Stopped at Discount Tire for repair. I was warmly greeted in their spacious clean reception area. I explained my problem and service tech went with me to the car for a quick inspection and service recommendation. A nail was found embedded in my tire. Tire was repaired with a patch and I was on my way. NO CHARGE! Was informed that they do no charge a nickel for tire repair. My fiance, who had worked at another Discount Tire for years told me they would be able to fix my flat for cheap. I drove there on my spare, and when they looked they told me me my tread was too low to fix it, and that it was dangerously low on all of my tires and I needed to replace them immediately. My cousin then took me to her tire shop. They gladly fixed my tire for $15.00 and told me it was safe to drive and that my tires wouldn't need to be replaced for another 3,000 miles! They were understanding when I called to complain, but I still feel like they were trying to rip me off when I had no money to my name. Don't waste your money on these greedy people! read more
