They even own up to any problems they cause, and fix them (like broken or cross threaded wheel studs). Great selection of tires, and good services too... like wiper blade replacements. They will charge you when NO WORK IS DONE. We took our car in to get the tires swapped out(brought the tires that needed to be swapped). They said they "attempted" to swap them but then noticed there was a nail in one of the tires that was "unrepairable" so kept the old tires on. Why wouldn't they inspect the tires BEFORE doing any work?? Employees seem to be lacking in common sense and lazy. Then they still CHARGED US. Waste of our time, money and very unprofessional on their end for still charging the full amount for zero work done. read more

Quoted about 45min wait. I decided to head to the IHOP across the street to wait it out and could see my vehicle be serviced. Vehicle was ready in about 25minutes. To be fair lets first off say the last several stops at this location were good and on time. I gave them a try because the competition kept blowing appointments and not having things done when promised. Showed up to an empty showroom with no appointment at ~8:30am. Asked if they could get me in for a rotation right away or do I come back with an appointment. Was told no Problem. Sent my ride home. Given a pick up your vehicle time of 9:40am by word of mouth and some tracking link they texted me. Stepped out for a bite to eat and come back at 9:40am and they had not touched my truck. At 10:00 I asked for a realistic timeline and was told your the next non appointment. I told them be straight up next time I could have just taken my ride home and picked up the truck later. I was already 20 minutes past my pickup and nobody had touched my truck and not happy. Did they get it done, yes. Did they do a good job, it appears so. Did the gentlemen stay professional dealing with an upset customer, yes. AI was not the only pissed off customer in the showroom. Two other guys and I were in the same situation. Apologies after the fact don't cut it. Be up front and communicate and you have a customer for life. You guys can and did better last couple of trips in. I hope this was an off day. read more

And today was amazing since I got my first flat tire in more than a decade. It was a slow leak, but still going flat. Called in to set an appointment and got advice that I needed to go ahead and put on the spare before coming in. They were able to repair my tire in less than an hour, gave me a great deal on wiper blades, and sent me on my way knowing that I still had life in my current set of tires! I purchased tired for my mercedes from goodyear.com and had them installed at their warehouse which was a less then favorable experience. My car drove horrible and shook/vibrated on the freeway. I contacted discount at the suggestion of goodyear corporate for a warranty exchange. Danny was so helpful and was said he wanted to check the tires out before replacing them. He was right! My tires were not only installed incorrectly but they were not balanced at all! He fixed the balancing and my car drives like new again. Set an appointment for 915, arrived on time and realized I went to the wrong store. Not a problem though, they had me in and out in an hour changing 4 tires. The older gentleman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out different tires (the ones I had purchased at the wrong location weren't in stock at this location). Stopped in a few months ago because I was wayyy overdue for some new tires. It's embarrassing how long I waited to get new tires. Mine were so bald and the tread was so low. I just hate going to get anything done on car because the guys at any shop always try to tell what I need done and are super pushy about it. I have been coming to America's Discount Tires for the better part of 2 decades if not a little longer.. and I was soooo angry when I came in this morning... but it wasn't ADT's fault.. It's the people who made the rims.. but at this moment ADT is absolutely making things right. So far this has cost me over 200$ in parts, labour, and burned up a brand new 230$ impact drill.. (trying to get a torqued tire off with a 4ft cheater bar, and that itself took over 2 hours .... To get a tire off?? Really?!?!) And now it's my calipers... (again not ADT's fault) The weights on the rims were hitting the calipers and here I am again... lol... round 3.. Thank you ADT for always making things right.. I had 3 trailer tires replaced this morning, 2 and a spare. While most things went o.k.. I think their pricing is good and the quality is good. In the past I've been pleased with the service. But this morning I'm dropping off a star because of poor service with regards to how they handled the appointment. I was a half hour early, and there was a freight truck making a delivery where they normally have people back in their trailers to have their tires done. I was told they would "find a place for me", but it was more than an hour later, a half hour after my scheduled appointment before they finally had that spot cleared of delivery trucks and had me back my trailer in. Fine, not good, but whatever. I mean, they good have just dragged a floor jack out to the parking lot where my trailer was parked taken the wheels off out there, heaven forbid they use some man strength and a torque wrench. But then I'm waiting in the waiting room, and 15 minutes after the "estimated" time of completion I checked their app page and it says the trailer had been completed 15 minutes ago. I went up to the counter and inquired and sure enough, it had been finished 15 minutes ago. The gentlemen apologized and I walked back out to my truck. On the way I saw one of the technicians who had been working on my tires working the air check station and I "thanked him for NOT telling me my trailer was done" and he responded "That was not his job sir". While polite, this is still a failure of procedure at Discount Tire. Not enough to stop me from going there in the future. But a warning to all to not be too shy to occasionally ask, what's the status on my car if your waiting at the store. read more

I've been here a few times over the last 5-6 years and have always left more than happy! Customer service is top notch! I've come in for tires and tire maintenance. They have great prices on tires and their warranty can't be beat. Most recently I came in for routine tire rotation and balancing. After purchasing my set of tires I was put on an email alert so I would receive an email when my next tire rotation and balancing is due. I went ahead and set up an appointment online, as that seems to lessen the amount of time spent sitting and waiting for a service. I had also noticed a bolt in one of my tires and addressed it at the same time. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which included them removing the bolt and patching up my tire. I was a Les Schwab customer for 30 years. Then they became too slow for service and too expensive. I started using Discount Tire a few years ago. At the time, they reminded me of Schwab in their earlier years. I bought several sets of tires from them. But for the past year or so, you have to make an appointment a week away just for a (free) tire rotation. That is the reason for the 3 stars. So... now, I am moving say from Discount Tire and to a competitor that is still small - but competitive in price and I can get an appt or just drive in same day - in Hazel Dell. So, now, even though I bought tires from Discount Tire and got the "Free" rotations - I am PAYING to have a DIFFERENT company ROTATE. Free rotation is NO LONGER a factor in my purchase decision. Just like dealerships who sell you a car with "free oil changes" - don't fall for it. Some of us have busy work and life schedules. It's bad enough not getting into see a doctor - but now, I gotta get an appt for something simple like rotation?? No thanks. read more

Went on Saturday to get my tires rotated, was told by the guy in the tent out side that it would take to long so just come back on Monday at 8am and we can get you in real quick. Fast forward to Monday get checked in and the sales person come out and says sorry we are too booked up! Mind this is at 8am when they open. Came to discount tires came to discount tires because I needed a run flat replaced .... Anyone who knows run-flats means after replace it with a run but you're astronomically expensive usually, so I decided to go with the Michelin sport a 3s+..... The price on that was fair could be found cheaper but not worth looking. when taking off my tires they noticed that one of my rims had a crack in it it was a sizable crack so they let me know that they would not put the tire on with the crack so they really left me with two options which was leave the car here until you can order tires which can take anywhere between two days and two weeks or they offered me kind of their in-house wheel the "LiquidMetal Shadow" which can be found from as low as $105 and up I believe he offered $125 per rim initially I asked him if he could do a hundred twenty he said that would be fine. Overall the experience is very good I'm just pissed off that I have to buy for rims that don't really want really particular about the wheels that go on the car and I've been saving up money for a really nice pair so this is unfortunate but that is unrelated. Shawn King listen channel man to help me out he was very respectable and kind even took the rims out to the car so I can see what they look like kind of next to it I'm so I would give him a five out of five. overall if you need your tires changed or wheels done I would recommend discount tires they are right next to the Target and across the street from the international House of pancakes in Vancouver Washington. read more

Headed to the Washington Coast early one Morning, had a bad tire signal in my car, pulled of freeway to the closes Les Swabe on Andresson (sP) 3 hrs before they could get to me. Called AAA and they were there within 40 minutes, but could not change my tire on LS lot. Had to move to the lot next door. AAA put the spare on and told us to go to Discont Tire that was less then a mile away. 10 minute wait for a available bay and they were on it. 3 month old tire we bought from LS was not able to be fixed so they put a new tire on that was comparable to LS and DID NOT CHARGE US FOR ANYTHING. My new tire shop. I iive maybe 20 miles from Discount Tire but they are my tire store anyntime I need Tire Service. We plan to pass the kindness forward. read more
