I called all across town to find a location that would reinstall/paint my front bumper after it had been damaged in cross state transporting. I had the replacement bumper on me as well, which can be a deciding factor for businesses to accept business however I found a reputable body shop that told me to reach out to Frost finishes and was recommended. Upon briefly speaking to Paul(Owner) a couple days before he was very prompt at answering and giving me a quote . He was able to squeeze me in and take me the start of the week. The day of taking it in Paul was able to take a look at the parts and verify everything would be ok before taking off. Very nice guy to work with and it's nice to know we're contributing to the small guys and not corporate. I was impressed by his photos of the work online so I chose to bring in a rear diffuser to quote for install as well, he quoted me on the spot and I was very impressed with his knowledge when I asked him about the install. Was very happy he was able to install it on the sudden. He was able to complete the work in about a day. Upon arrival , the car looked phenomenal. My significant other is a designer and man was she even impressed with the color of the paint match and you could just see the quality of work he puts into his vehicles . A guy with passion showing pure excellence through quality of work .It was a pleasure doing business and would recommend him to anyone . For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. Even in extreme heat, without the AC on, the heat is very tolerable...and the price was incredible! Very competitive with other shops price but higher quality! Best bang for your buck! I was very clear with Anthony that because our lease is up in less than a year, that I might be less than a year or more than a year to a few years out with the projected work, but I still appreciated getting to talk through my thoughts and what I had in mind. I am excited to see what proposals will come my way and the potential work to be done. I am more happy that I can speak openly with someone and know that they will meet me where I am at, give me the education I need on what options I have, and give me time to execute my decision. They repaired the vehicle and it looks great. Paint matches. It was a very expensive repair compared to the other shop, more than double! They forgot a minor thing but somehow this turned into rambling excuses and tried to make me feel like somehow it was my fault. Strange way to handle a simple mistake. I think they will do a good job but if you end up with a problem or dispute then I think they would rather argue instead of just taking care of the issue without excuses. Looks bad and makes people feel bad especially if they're going to fix it anyway. Probably just needed a diaper change and a nap. Great for insurance repairs but I wouldn't recommend for self-pay.

They wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work, and the quote was over $2300, and they wanted to keep the car for a week. Disheartened, I took my car to Mackin's for a competitive quote. The quote was about $300 and they would keep the car for maybe two hours. Obviously, I took the car to Mackin's. They did everything in about two hours and did a fantastic job. Lauryn was super nice and these guys are my preferred body shop now!
