They destroyed the paint on all 4 of my wheels by removing the weights with something metal and sharp. These wheels have never had their tires replaced yet from new so the weights were still original and they are the only people to have touched these wheels and remove the weights. read more

No frills tire place, don't ask for an oil change, that absolutely gets the job done. And the best part... They are totally reasonable in terms of price. I had a slight emergency, had to have them put on a summer tire when my winter tire blew. They took care of it in about ten minutes, ordered me new tires (which are usually really hard to find), called me as soon as they arrived and had me in and out within about twenty minutes when changing two. The price was surprisingly low and the fact that they could take care of it very quickly was a total life saver. Will definitely be back to this place, hopefully under less of an emergency, highly recommend their services. read more

Took my OneWheel and tire for them to install the new tire on. I first asked the technician if this is something they do and he said yes. They then used a clamp and a regular screw driver instead of a proper machine and as a result damaged the rim. When I tired to talk to the owner about it he told me to shut up and leave! Screw these amateurs. read more

I bought 4 new Falken tires in July of 2024, 10 days later got stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. Had AAA come out and put the spare on. Took said tire back to RZ TIRES to see if they would tell me why the tire had failed to stay inflated. Was it a nail, was it a defect with the tire????? They would not tell me, just made me pay $25 to fix/get the tire back on. Today, I still have no information why this brand new tire went flat, and stranded me out in the mountains. They are rude, and give no information. Good luck if you get tires from here, because you are on your own!! I am now calling Falken to see what they have to say. read more

I had a huge rod stuck in my tire that Big O tires couldn't fix. I took it to RZ tire and they had me back on the road in 15 minutes! These guys treated me great and got the job done professionally. I will never go anywhere elsefor tires or tire service. These guys are the best! read more

Been going here for years for tire maintenance. They have the right equipment and do a solid job every time. Same cost as Firestone but without the long wait or upsells. Will always get my tires done here as long as I live in Denver! read more

I purchased a used set of tires from here for 300 dollars four months ago. They are weather rotted and not repairable, will not take my car back here again. That was complete profit for these guys they could at least not rip you off. read more

They can put on tires, BUT THATS IT. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT GET ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. Went in for tires and an alignment, they said I needed a new idler arm and pitman arm. I say okay, let's do it. Get new tires and parts installed, and my truck can't seem to find a straight line going 30 or 60mph. So I take it back, he says it'll work itself out. Well I take it to somebody else and they take a look..... THE IDLER ARM WASN'T BOLTED TO THE DAMN TRUCK. My guy says, ya bro you could've easily DIED if that would've failed. DIED. I COULD'VE DIED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. DIED. Tires are great tho, got some flames on them for some reason too. 0/10 would recommend. read more

A razor blade was lodged into my tire, so at first I went to Big O Tires to see if they would examine and/or patch it... They barely took a glance and immediately said I would have to replace all four tires (I have all wheel drive). I felt like Big O didn't have the time of day to even try to help me out. I asked where I could get a second opinion and was told about RZ Tire Garage. Immediately after pulling up, my tire was examined, fixed, and place back on my car all within 15-20 minutes, and for such a reasonable price! I will definitely be going back if I have another issue like this, and will be recommending it to others as well. read more

Don't ever go here! They overtightened my tire bolts, ultimately requiring replacement of four bolts, plus a wheel. I went back to them to fix it when iwas told had been overtightened when I went to get brakes done. They exascerbated the problem/didn't fix it all and charged me for the false bolt repair. Consumer beware!!! read more

I work with auto parts myself, so I know what I'm talking about when I say a lot of folks in this industry aren't honest. People will say they are doing the alignment but don't. RZ Tires actually does what they say, they do good and complete work and it won't damage your pocketbook. Check them out. I have a new place for tires and alignments instead of the chain stores that rip you off. read more

I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from this company with a 65,000 mile warranty for $640.00. Two of the tires lasted 21,476 miles, even after I accepted their "free alignment." Currently, 2 of the tires are @ 4/32 tread, and I have had them rotated with every oil change, so I called Hector (owner or manager) to ask if he would honor the warranty, and he said that he would have to call Goodyear and get back with me. I never heard back from him, so I called Goodyear corporate office only to be told that this shop is NOT part of their warranty program. I was trying to give business to the "small guy" and it backfired. Going back to Discount Tire. Also, avoid purchasing Goodyear Assurance tire. The size for my vehicle is 245-55-19 read more

We bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox EV from Foundation Chevrolet and if it hadn't of been a…read morehard to find car at the time we probably wouldn't have after we found out about the $799 "Colorado " fee they tack on to every vehicle whether you think it adds any value or not. Spoiler alert, it's just a money grab by the dealership and adds little to no value. Now on to our issue, which to be clear is only about the management and complete lack of customer service they provide. We did look over our car and test drove it, but being this was a brand new car we did not inspect every inch with a fine tooth comb, which apparently was a mistake at Foundation because they did not do a thorough enough inspection upon delivery of the car to catch the defect we later found when the sunlight hit the car just right two weeks after buying. We found a defect in the paint which, if it was just cosmetic, we could probably deal with but the way the paint is bubbled water could get in there and cause rust so it needs to be fixed. Foundation is about an hour away, so it took us some time to get our car there, but we did text our salesman as soon as we found it, but in the meantime, we've taken our car to another Chevy dealer and an independent auto body shop and the consensus of both is that there are NO brushstrokes visible, and the paint job is too perfect so it had to have been sprayed , yet there is no evidence of tape lines so the only conclusion is the defect happened at the plant before it was painted. When we take it back to Foundation to have the warranty work done their manager claims to see brushstrokes. Now why he would falsely claim this to deny a customer warranty work on a car they sold with a defect is a question I would like answered. He provided zero level of customer Service. He should've been advocating for us to get the warranty work instead of just writing it off , but instead he said that we would have to be out of pocket to have that defect fixed. This speaks volumes about the lack of integrity, honesty, and 0% commitment to any customer satisfaction the management at Foundation Chevrolet have. We will also be filing a complaint with better business bureau

I have been taking my cars there for three years now. I take my S500 to him for things a dealership would rake you over the coals for. I took my car to the MB dealership two times for alignments and it cost me 8 new tires . Hector did an alignment and after 18 mos. the car is still perfect. You get what you pay for. Discount inserts a piece of rubber band to fix flats that works 50% of the time. Hectors guys weld a patch on the inside of the tire for a lifetime fix, I was astonished that any shop still did that. If you have a car problem, order your part and his guys will install it , things like tail lights,coolant expansion tank,they even installed my control arms on my S500 $100 labor , make that $700 at the dealer. Need tires? Go to RZ tires on 58th and Ward Rd. About 2 1/2 mo. after having tires installed I needed a brake job. When I removed the front lugnuts they seemed excessively tight. One snapped off and two had evidence of cross-threading. I brought the car back in for repair and although they truly didn't think they had caused the problem they took care of it. The three damaged studs were removed and replaced and all I had to do is run and buy the parts, about $15. Because of their service, I offered the mechanic $40 that he repeatedly refused even though I felt he deserved it. If they had not replaced the studs it was going to cost me $250 to $360 at local auto shops. If you need tires go to RZ tires at 58th and Ward Rd. They have good prices also! read more

I had a set of 4 tires which I bought at Pep Boys 2 years ago. They were 80,000 mile tires with only 23,000 on them . One developed a slow consistent slow leak that required refilling every 7 days. Pep Boys refused to repair it for free because I hadn't purchased their expensive road damage warranty I called RZ and explained my tire issue. They said bring it on in and I was there in 15 minutes. They waived me in to an empty bay, got the tire off, repaired, and reinstalled in a total of 20 minutes and only charged me $12. I told them that I would be buying my next set of tires from them based on their excellent prices and service. These guys are good! read more

I recently suffered a flat near the rim of the tires tread. Several Tire shoes and garges indicated the tire could not be repaired. Due to the wear on the tires {although still serviceable} adding the new spare would upset the balance and the only solution was too purchase a new set of tires $360-400.00. While a plug at the edge go the tread was not recommended an interior patch was perfectly safe. RZ was the only firm that offered the appropriate repair at $12.00. I brought some of our vehicle's there to take off my snow tire's and put on regular tire's they got me in and out no problems. They did 4 one day and 2 another day. I personally had a good experience there. They are not some big tire company franchise so if you want a more expensive experience go somewhere else. It's a small outfit that does there best to service your needs. I will definitely use them again. read more

I have gone to Hector and his crew for at least 4 yrs now. I was so tired of the mass production treatment at many chain tire places and the arrogance of dealership mechanics. Hector is professional, honest, and his prices are best I have seen in a while. Always great service. Purchased my tired there a year ago. They were efficient and friendly. Just took my car back in because the low tire pressure indicator came on. They checked my tires and it was just the cold weather. Highly recommend! read more
