It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

Ez called to let me know that they found a worn part while working through the repair and I authorized that addition to the fix. I was contacted promptly when it was completed. We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired. I just needed a basic servicing, and they gave made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great price. They have a place you can sit inside with some TVs and water if you are waiting for your car.
