BE AWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!…read more I brought my car (Hyundai Sonata) in to have my air conditioning system looked at because it wasn't blowing cold air let alone cool air just air. I had a thought of what it MIGHT be, but I wanted to have it looked at to discover the root of the problem. After like thirty or forty minutes they told me it was low on Freon. So I'm no expert I just have experience with cars' AC systems and what could happen over periods of time, they could reload the Freon and I be on my way in about an hour, they also offered to clean out the tube to clean out any mold that might be there, but I respectfully declined, they waived the diagnostic fee of $185, I paid $504 for the Freon refill, and I was on my way. Now a week later, my car's air conditioning was starting to blow cold air only on the passenger side and now just air like it did before I had the Freon refilled. So I took my car to the dealership and asked for a diagnostic of the air conditioning system along with a safety recall and we had an answer. It turns out it was the AC evaporator, which was the initial problem because they did a full check. What I mean is that in order to get this figured out they had to run dye through the system to find leaks and remove the windshield and dashboard in order to find the problem. Now this Goodyear, their technician ran dye through the system and DID NOT advise me further about it possibly being something more. When I brought this to them, they did not take me seriously, acted like they saved the dealership an extra step, and told me that they do not do this kind of extensive check because they don't like to throw parts at their customers or due to the size of my car (I have a Hyundai Sonata it not huge but not like a coupe or a Fiat), they also said the dealership cheated on their diagnosis because they used their dye that was still there in order to find the problem, and because of them waiving the diagnostic fee one of their guys did not get paid properly (and based on the technician's response to that it sounds like it had happen before). The technician that was helping me took the quote from the dealership and worked the numbers to beat the quote given and the best they would do was $300 less than the dealership which was almost $3000 and they could do it in one day instead of two days which they probably thought would seal the deal with me and the fact that the manufacturer's guide says it only takes less than a day. All I could think was "NO WAY", they already tried to hide an issue that they decided not to check despite putting dye in my car to check it but refused to touch the inside of my car to possibly find the issue before I even spent the money, when they also claimed their AC technician is the best in the company, well you're not touching my car again and potentially squeezing me for more money. All they cared about was citing their own policy and gloating in the fact that the dealership "got help" from them because they had already put the dye in my car to find the problem.

Was able to order tires and have them installed the next day, also added on an oil change that same…read moreday and I was done in just over an hour! The technician was kind enough to suggest moving my existing rear tires to the front because they had more tread which would have been a great idea but I needed those rear tires replaced because of a cut in the sidewall. Excellent service in a clean, efficient garage, waiting room and even the men's room was clean! Will definitely come here again if I need service!!!

Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.

I went to an auto parts store and hooked up the scan. Once done, I took the vehicle to tire kingdom and dropped it off. A few hours later, they called and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They checked the car over and couldn't find anything related to the code it was showing. They cleared the code and it never came back. The charge? Zero! We just went and picked up the vehicle. The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here.
