Gis parents, grandparents, whomever have GOT to be so proud of him. I know I am, and I let him know. Yes, we chatted up a mini storm but he was able to work, talk and get me out. Vest part was I was able to get new equipment for a relocation tomorrow. This "kid" has a very bright future. Seriously blessed o ha e crossed paths with him.

I've wanted to work from home for quite some time and got into video editing. Frontier upload and download speeds were so slow, I'd have to wait at least a whole day to download videos clients sent, and upload videos I edit for them. Wisprenn services proved to be stable when doing other tasks such as gaming, watching streams, etc. However, when uploading and downloading files the internet crashes often making my work impossible. Online and over the phone they sounded like they'd be better than Frontier, not extremely better, but better non the less. But, as I already said, at least with frontier and having to wait a whole day I'd be able to upload and download video files. Wisprenn let me down. Felt like I was finally going to catch a break, and do my work more efficiently, but instead I'm left having to tell clients I can't do any work for them because the connection is so unstable. If you're in the Westwood area I don't recommend either Frontier or Wisprenn. Please find something else because these two are garbage.

Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.

After purchasing three Apple products from this store (a phone, iPad, and watch), he earned his commission, but several things he told me turned out to be false. He promised to waive activation fees and gave inaccurate information about my bill, but those promises were not kept. From the beginning, the staff openly talked about meeting monthly quotas and treated sales like a game, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. He told me he would be going on his lunch break when I came back and said he would greet me afterward, but instead he completely disregarded me when I returned. When he did help me, he was visibly upset about missing his lunch break and told me I was basically taking up his time because he had not eaten. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, he added an extra line/service to my account that we never discussed or agreed to. I was not aware of this until I saw my bill and had to call to have it removed. Since then, I have returned to the store three times to speak with him and was brushed off each time. On another visit, I was also spoken to rudely by a different representative. I tried contacting Lamar through his work phone, but he continued to delay and give misleading responses. I do not recommend this location. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Verizon corporate customer service directly--they were the only ones who helped resolve my issue. I believe the staff here, especially Lamar, need better training in customer service and transparency.
