I ended giving my nephew the new Samsung ultra 26 phone. All the while, while he was setting up our phones, people came in -- mind you he was the only associate working today, he did such an amazing job handling all customers without much of a wait! It was really amazing to see and all with a friendly demeanor. To his manager, pls acknowledge him for his extraordinary efforts today. Michael, you rock!! Thank you for providing great customer service today 5/3/2026. I totally appreciate you.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! They deserve 0 stars if that is possible! Will never recommend them to anyone…read more Customer service was absolutely awful. We got scammed into buying a phone we thought was $1 a month, and later realized they had given us the wrong phone, resulting in a $10.99 payment. They told us there was no way to trade in that phone and get the money back, nor would they give us a discount or take responsibility for what happened. This wasn't even the first time that this has happened. Extremely dissatisfied and will be leaving as soon as we can! To add on, we are traveling abroad, and the international plans are $12 per day for a total of $120, which is outrageous when we could just buy an eSIM, but we can't even do that. You aren't about to use eSIMs until you pay off your phone and unlock it. The process is complicated and a scam. They also started charging us when we entered the country without letting us know. We had to call them to find out why, and they still charged us per day even when we weren't using data and were only using wifi. VERY UPSETTING

This is a condensed version of my experience with E&A 808 Repair…read more My Dell laptop that cost me over $2,000. only needed a CPU fan, so I called this business and October 24 2025, Eric picked my computer up from the house and I gave him the nonrefundable $100. in cash as per his terms. I asked him to be careful with my PC as it was in perfect condition as he put it in the back of his vehicle on top and among other PCs and things to my disbelief. When he brought it back November 5, 2025, I gave him $109. in cash and asked for a receipt. I discovered the next day that the new fan made a lot of noise so I called him and November 17 he picked the computer up from the house. Again I asked him to be careful with it but it went back into his vehicle on top of PCs and things. November 24th he returned it, handed it to me and drove off. I went inside turned it on and not only did the fan still make the same noise, I got one critical message after another and could not get the laptop to load up. I called Eric immediately and said I just want you to know that I just turned my computer on and I am getting one critical message after another and it will not load up/turn on and I don't want to talk right now as I am very upset/angry about losing my computer and I hung up. Eric called back and I picked up and said the same thing and hung up. He called again and I did not pick up and he left a threatening message and repeated it 3 times. He said that I was rude and not a nice person and I was not to contact his company ever again or he would call the police and press charges for harassment and would never do work for me again. How convenient to ruin my expensive laptop both physically and mechanically and get $209. in cash and then renege on his 6 months warranty and threaten me! For the record I always treated Eric with respect and never used vulgar/foul language even when he ruined my PC. He always seemed to be on edge and ready to argue as I bit my tongue numerous times to avoid arguing on what he said or how he said something, he was consistently late on pick up/drop off, he does not take care of or respect customer's PCs from what I saw and experienced as he piled them in the back of his vehicle without any padding/protection. He scratched and scuffed up the outer case of my Dell laptop that was in perfect condition in which I was not able to get them out. He had my computer tied up for a month when he told me the replacement fan would only take a few days. I have tried to keep this short but there is so much more. Please read ALL the reviews on Yelp and the BBB before deciding on a business to repair your electronics and I would recommend a company that is BBB accredited.

I have pros and cons for Dish TV. First and foremost do not sign up with dish tv through Planet…read moreDish. Because Planet Dish will charge you a prox. 50.oo hook up fee. Then Dish tv will charge you a 50.00 hook up fee, then your local cable service will charge you a 50.00 hook up fee. Now I want to point out Planet Dish is actually owned by Dish tv but they act like they don't know that about one another and give run around about refunding any fees. Second DO NOT sign a contract with them. One, when you sign a contract with them they continually try to upsale you even though you may not want the upsale. Number two when a change happens you do not get a very good notification of that change. Number three the customer service reps for Dish tv are very polite and try to help but they are limited in how they can help and their knowledge base is poor. Their only purpose is again to try to upsale you. Also if you try to pay by phone and do not use auto service, internet, or send a check they will charge you a 5.00 fee for having one of their reps help you pay a bill. They will also charge you a 5.00 fee any time you call in and upgrade or downgrade your services. They make their website log in hard to understand so you never know exactly what you are paying for or what you added or subtracted to your billing package. In my area they advertise heavily for Internet, home phone and dish tv as a package. When I signe dup they swore to me that I could not just get Internet. When i signed up I was told I would have home phone, Internet, and cable (satellite) channels all for 60 something a month. this was a lie. First dish tv came and installed at my house, and the installer charged me 50.00 hook up fee. Installer was professional, knew his shit, and again tried hard to upsale me. But he did a good job with the install. But when he left I did not have a home phone nor Internet. I asked him about it before he left and he said that dish did not service my area for those things and a different contractor would be coming to my house for that. So my natural next question was if an independent installer is coming and it isnt dish tv who is going to bill me? It took me 3 more weeks to get that questioned answered. And in the meantime dish billed me for all 3 services, spearately the independent as errvices billed me too!! It took me many hours over 3 weeks to get that resolved. It did get resolved but it was alot of trouble and I had t resort to getting very bitchy. Then all was smooth until recently. My 1 year contract ended with the discount services I got. My next bill was very high. I called it in and got them to explain it. Customer service was good about this. I aksed could I downgrade my plan to a more basic package without being penalized. I was told yes. Then I was charged a 5.00 fee for changing my plan. NOT HAPPY. I have a year left of Dish tv and I will not be renewing.

How can a company be this HORRIBLE and yet still be in business?…read more I'm an educated person but this business concept makes me feel extremely ignorant. I just don't understand. I had ordered DTV over a year ago, and the installer came to my backyard with a 1980's style dish that is the size of a Mini Cooper. He said it was what's required for where we live (inside a crater). This dish is taller than me (and I'm 5'8) and wider than a dining table! It also comes equipped with a hefty stainless steel frame/base. I just cancelled my cable a couple days ago because we are moving out of the U.S. DTV told me they do not remove these dishes and that it was now my property due to my cancellation request. I was boggled. You mean that just because I cancel my subscription I now suddenly become the owner of this monstrosity of a dish? The answer is yes. Well, convenient for them but, how am I suppose to remove this from the ground and get it out of the yard?!? Hey, not their problem. The DTV rep said "you should call someone locally for assistance." LOL! I laughed and asked if he has a phone number for whom I can call. Of course he said no and told me to research contacts on the internet! This dish is as large as a car and now they want me to assume responsibility for their equipment and get it out of my backyard and somehow to a recycling plant? I've called DTV twice now to question this, and both times, both reps told me the same thing. It's all my problem now. WHAT?!?!? The conversation was laughable! How can they say that with a straight face!?!? I couldn't even accept it with a straight face! Am I on candid camera right now? Am I on Punk'd and Ashton Kutcher is gonna pop out from around my dish and yell "you've been punk'd!"? But conveniently enough for DTV, I'm not the owner of their remotes or their cable boxes and I am required to package those up for them and send them back, or I'll be charged. They made sure I knew that I only have 10 days to get them back to DTV to avoid penalty fees. They're two years old - that could be tossed in the trash too, DTV!! This is absurd! What kind of service is this? If I had known this was going to be the end result, I would've NEVER allowed that dish to be installed! I would've never completed this transaction with DTV. It's mind blowing how grotesque the customer service and company policies are.
