Wow what a beautiful location. Really makes you feel like you are at Disney. My son loves this store but yesterday i was alone and went to check out what they had. Many cool things for boys but far more beautiful things for little girls. Reminded me of my own childhood. This location was pretty crowded today esp the lower level. I purchased a shirt for my son but def was tempted to purchase much more. Staff here is friendly and def keep the store clean

Times Square is a hot spot for tourists that visit New York. There's a lot to see and do while in the area. Given that Times Square is a magnet for large crowds, it's ideal to have some shops that are unique to the area. Of course, you will find several souvenir shops, but you'll also find one of the last Disney Stores in the nation The Disney Store has brought magic to areas that are further away from either of the theme parks. While I didn't see any (authentic) characters posing for meet and greets, they did have a large Minnie Mouse statue near the entrance. This should suffice as it was dressed up as The Statue of Liberty. Plenty of people stopped to take a photo with the statue. This store has two levels. It's a bit small, so having two floors helps to improve the flow of foot traffic in the store. There is an elevator in the back if you have a stroller or need assistance going up or down to the next floor. The store carries Disney-themed clothing, toys, kitchenware, and more. The prices are reasonable but you might find better deals in the clearance section of the store. They also carry official theme park merchandise at a discounted price. The Disney Store is great because you'll find authentic Disney merchandise that you can't find at larger toy stores. You'll also enjoy a bit of Disney Magic when you are many miles away from either of the two them parks in the continental United States. The fact that so many of their stores have been closed down but yet, you can still find one in one of the most popular tourist spots in the country is a blessing. It's nice to have something magical in Times Square because it adds to the overall experience with the bright lights and entertainment opportunities in the area.

Huge store! I currently live in FL and they did well to master the feeling of being at a Disney store in the parks! Huge variety of different plushies, I specially came to get the i love NY Mickey plush :) everyone working is very nice and helpful, prices are what you would expect from a Disney store.

CROWDED but what do you expect in Times Square? Huge store, lots of stuff. Just make sure you're not afraid of crowds.

As a Disney Adult, I really miss the Disney Store Outlet that was near my home. So whenever I'm in Times Square, I pop in to the Disney Store. There's a great variety of products in the two-floor store. There's an escalator and elevator to the second floor. The elevator is located at the rear. I simply looked at the escalator and store employees directed me to the elevator (I was using a rollator).

The Disney Store in Times Square is pretty cool if you're a Disney fan. It's massive, but surprisingly the prices aren't much higher than what you'd find in any other Disney Store. They have a great selection of Loungefly bags and Minnie Mouse ears, and when I went there was a great amount of Halloween merch and Christmas ornaments. Be prepared, though, it's very crowded, and the lines while you're checking out can take a while. It's worth a walk through if you have the time.

So, fun fact, if you are the first person in line at store open, all the employees applaud when you walk in and they give you a giant key and let you open the store. I didn't know this was the hype. I needed to start my day, but I loved it! Store is very well air-conditioned and incredibly comfortable so if you're just cruising by, not a bad place to stop and shop. Things are predictably expensive (it's the Disney Store in Times Square) but if your kids (or you, we don't judge) are diehard Disney fans, this is definitely worth the stop.

This Disney store is HUGE! Considering we only have one small location left in LV. It's always nice stopping by this particular location when we're visiting the city. It's located right in Times Square. This store has 2 levels and is filled with everything your Disney heart desires. First level showcases Mickey to Disney Princesses to Star Wars and the second level has majority of the Pixar theme. The cast members we encountered were super friendly. Be prepared by the crowds because this store is always packed! If you are a Disney, Pixar or Star Wars fan, definitely worth checking out!

What a cool store to have in NYC! I felt like I was back in the parks being immersed in Disney magic. From photo ops and plushies, to New York specific merch this store had a little bit of everything. Cast members were helpful in answering questions and the store was well organized and clean. Prices were standard Disney prices. I wish that they had a New York City Disney Pin (maybe of liberty minnie???) for purchase as I collect pins every time I go to the parks. One thing we loved was the escalator ride to the second floor. If you like Tangled, you will enjoy it too!

    Christine H.

Yes I know there are Disney stores all over the US, but this one is different and special. I love all the amazing decor, especially going up the escalators to the second floor. You might even notice some Easter eggs for the decor too! And as always, there was too much stuff I wanted to buy. I love visiting this iconic Disney store!

It's so amazing to watch the Disney store and reminisce on childhood memories. They have a great collection of toys snd swaggers from all the Disney movies from all times. Some of the characters I didn't recognize because they're Gen Z TV shows that I haven't watched lol. It's a perfect place to buy souvenirs from, but you definitely need to watch it cause you can easily get carried away and spend hundreds of dollars in the store.

Took a trip to nyc on my day off and ventured into the Disney store. It is two floors and has a great selection of merchandise. A lot of exclusive items that say Disney store nyc on them perfect for the tourist. It is New York so some things are a bit pricey but that is to be expected. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entering. Very clean and organized

    Looking for Jessica rabbit?

I did not see much of her there just like Ursula. I would say more of Jessica Rabbit and Ursula is online.

Does this store buy beanie babies? Me and my friends have some that we are looking to sell. If not, then does anyone know what stores do buy beanie babies?

No it's the Disney Store, they don't buy anything, the sell Disney merchandise. I would try a comic book or collectible shop or eBay.

Well organized, bright, spacious, and clean. I picked up a few things for summer season which were on sale. Many items I saw were on sale which they normally have throughout the year. Always some sort of sale going on top of their decent pricing. Clean dressing rooms and a public bathroom to use, but you need a staff member to let you in. Staff was nice and helpful. I had purchased a bunch of stuff online, and unfortunately all of the jeans I ordered were too big (I think their size chart changed - that, or I lost weight lol). Instead of returning them, I decided to go exchange them as I really wanted them, they were just too big. This location is HUGE, which is why I decided to come here instead of the smaller one located near me. I figured there was a higher chance they would have my size in everything I was exchanging. Turns out, I was right! I took the jeans to the dressing room to try them on, and the attendant was great! She was super nice and even cleared out the few things left in the dressing room before leaving me to it. I'm finding more and more retail stores to have chaotically-messy dressing rooms these days, so this was super refreshing! After trying on the new jeans and confirming I got the right size this time, I stood in the checkout line to do the exchange. The guy who helped me was super nice! He explained that he would have to refund me for the original purchase, then charge me again for the new jeans but assured me I would get them at the same price. He explained that this is how Old Navy makes them do it and that it confuses a lot of customers (rightly so, I might add!). He also noted that it was smart of me to buy them online as I got a way better deal on them had I just purchased them in-store. Woohoo! While the exchange process took a bit longer than I had originally anticipated, it was super easy overall. Although I hate dealing with Times Square, I would definitely choose to come back to this location due to the size, the friendly atmosphere and because it's open crazy late. Definitely worth the trek, in my opinion!

Has three floors in total in which each floor caters to different categories like heattech + men's + women's + children apparel + graphic tees. There's even a Uniqlo coffee shop on the 2nd floor. A large fake Christmas tree is placed in the center when first walking inside through the entrance. Then, a huge red escalator of heading up and down to each floor is behind the tree. Additionally. everything's either being neatly organized or stacked on most of the shelves and inside drawers except for a couple of areas here and there. The price range is reasonable for most apparel items besides the thick puffer jackets + sweaters + graphic tees. Even though there seem to be signs for the fitting room and cashiers/self-checkout, it's still pretty confusing to walk around and find stuff imo because of how large the Uniqlo space is. I have to flag down and ask different staff about the whereabouts of cashiers as I'm paying with cash. There's a bit of a line for those paying by cash despite several 5-6 cashiers being present while no line at all for self-checkout (card only). No line for the fitting room though. Generally, staff is shown as helpful + amiable + patient in a professional manner towards customers. My favorite section is probably by the heattech area. There're 3 various heattech types of warmth for both adults and children. Of course you can wear whichever layer as you please at the end of the day. All the desired temperatures are simply suitable for preferred reference anyway. The Original (Mild Weather) - 5°C to 20°C or 41°F to 68°F Extra Warmth (Colder Days) - -5°C to 15°C or 23°F to 59°F Ultra Warm (Extreme Cold) - -20°C to 10°C or -4°F to 50°F I think The Original layer of heattech is already pretty warm for the 30s-40s temperature here in NYC. The fabric is the thinnest in material. Very comfy to wear without being too stuffy on the inside. I bought two long sleeved heattech pieces today ($19.90 each). They also come in different colors and styles that might be suited to the personal taste of each and every customer. I'm not sure if they have a restroom for the public, will have to search for it next time...

In fact, I imagine that the entire Upper East Side is standing there glaring at the salesperson as we discuss what to put in a basket. I have to say that the saleslady was an absolute DOLL, and so understanding; "What would you like to send in your basket?"
