They have about 4 or 5 performances throughout the day but my advice is to get there early if you want a good seat. If the show has a start time of 1PM we would typically start waiting in line at around 12PM. Even then you probably won't be the first people in line but you will still get a good seat. Once the line starts getting long they start making people go up the ramp and start making line up there. Be aware if you start going up your whole party must be with you as they will not let anyone go up that is left downstairs. Be aware that in this are you must fill in all the empty space. People do try to cut to get to the front so just be aware of that. Once they open the doors you enter from all the way up top unless you are handicapped then you are let in downstairs. You can choose to sit up top which is still a nice view but if you want to be up close you will need to make your way down all the stairs to make it to the front. As far as the show for the 2024 season they did change it up and make a just a little bit more modern which I loved. The performers all did an amazing job and of course we all love seeing the peanuts characters perform on ice. It was a great show and I hope they keep it the same next year or if they do change it I hope it is for the better. I do miss the summer show that they used to put on in this theatre. I'm not sure why they got rid of it but I hope they bring it back one day. If you come here during the holidays this is a must see show for all ages.

You do not have to pay an extra fee to watch this performance as it is included in the price of admission. Located in the southwest corner of Knotts' property is The Charles M. Schulz Theater. Showtimes vary depending upon the day of the week so be sure to pick up a schedule as you enter the park. It is not uncommon to see a long line stretching around the corner or to arrive 20 minutes prior to showtime only to discover that the arena is full. I highly recommend that you arrive 40 minutes to one hour before showtime to secure a seat. Once seated inside, the fun begins. The skating rink seems rather small but a lot is accomplished within this space. Charlie Brown and Linus will open the show, reviewing the rules for watching the performance: ex. no flash photography or video recording. Throughout the performance, you'll notice some religious undertones as recalled by Linus. A bit of a historical/patriotic tribute also takes center stage as figure skaters reenact scenes of soldiers returning from war in the 1940s. The music played in the background compliments each scene. It's absolutely beautiful! Snoopy is the star of the show and he is able to execute each move with ease. He never ignores the audience, often coming to three points on the stage (left, center, and right side) so that audience members can take photos during the performance. Snow (soap foam) falls from the ceiling to imitate snowfall during the winter season. Professional ice skaters perform moves effortlessly just like some of the best Olympians. The combination of talented professionals and Snoopy results in an unforgettable show that appeals to people of all ages from various walks of life. The most awe-inspiring/emotional part of the show is when Snoopy awaits the arrival of doves that fly toward him and land on the stage. Some might be startled as the doves fly over their heads, but it's truly a magical moment. Snoopy on Ice is a show that should not be missed if you are at Knott's Berry Farm during the winter months. Who doesn't enjoy watching trained professionals perform in an intimate setting with the help of "America's Favorite Beagle"? Merry Christmas Snoopy is a beautiful, uplifting performance that the entire family will enjoy.

It was definitely a lot harder to see if you're seated too high up compared to Toyota Arena. The rink got colder as the show went on, so definitely bring a jacket. My kids didn't enjoy this show as much as the Frozen and Encanto one we saw last year. This show had very little special effects and more "couple" dances, but they all looked very similar after you see the first one or two. We did enjoy the cars performance because it was a little different, and then moana's act at the end. My daughter's favorite princesses are Elsa and Ariel, but Ariel never appeared for this show. There were 2 songs from Frozen 2 though! Even so, we had a nice afternoon here with the family.

One of the fun features is to do the photo through the TV, but there's no hands-free setup for that, also the TVs were not lighted up so they would come out as dark frames against the backdrop. The hands free setup is literally a SLOT that you put your phone in and hopefully with your TIMER setting (since selfie sticks are not allowed) you can run back and forth and not make anyone else in line shoot stares of death as you check your photo again. JUST GIVE an EMPLOYEE GLOVES so they can take the photos for you, I'd say if I was at the meeting. Anyways, its a couch. and i guess you come out as color and the background is like B&W set? If you get a chance, there is also a musical Toy Drummer section that is played throughout the day near the Little Mermaid Ride. It was like Rock n roll Holiday music! The cavalcade typically runs multiple times throughout the day. For the 2025 holiday season it was scheduled around 12:45 P.M, 2:30 P.M, and 4:30 P.M so guests have multiple opportunities to watch the show. You'll want to check the Disneyland mobile application though for the latest show times. It moves from Paradise Gardens Park toward Hollywood Land and Buena Vista Street. There are brief stops where characters perform dance routines. The highlight of the Mickey's Happy Holidays Parade is the cast of characters who appear! You'll see Mickey and Minnie leading the parade with others such as Goofy, Pluto, and Clarabelle. There are a rotating group of Pixar favorites like Woody, Jessie, Bo Peep, the Incredibles crew, and more. The experience was approximately six minutes long between stops, but it was fun. My family and I had a viewing spot near the Little Mermaid ride!

So I decided to check out their Oogie Boogie Bash. This event was created in 2019 to be a separate admission ticket on specific nights at Disney California Adventure Park. The park closes early to the general public to allow Oogie Boogie Bash ticket holders to enter at around 3pm. Once all of the general public guests have left, the Fall festivities begin at 6pm. The Oogie Boogie Bash includes special entertainment, character encounters and immersive treat trails with lots of free candy. I've been to special Disney events like their annual Lunar New Year celebration in the past and thought they did nice job with this one. Oogie Boogie is the main antagonist of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas and who they name this event after. They do a great job with the Halloween decorations at Disney California Adventure Park. When you enter, you are given a trick or treat bag that is filled with candy by cast members at specific locations. My bag was overflowing when I left. Because the event is limited capacity, I enjoyed the shorter wait times. I also tried a couple of special food items that were created just for the Oogie Boogie Bash. For merch, I picked up a glow-in-the-dark t-shirt at one of the gift shops. I enjoyed walking through the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail because they transform it into an atmospheric walk-through experience called Villains Grove. One of my favorite things about the Oogie Boogie Bash is the character encounters. Many of the characters that you can meet are some of the more rare Disney villains like Dr. Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb), Ernesto de la Cruz (Coco), Agatha Harkness (Marvel), Syndrome (The Incredibles) and Hades (Hercules). I had some fun having a little banter with the Judge Doom character from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". It was fun to see all the kids (and adults) dressed up in their Halloween costumes. People are so creative these days with their outfits. Toward the end of the evening was the special Frightfully Fun Parade starring Jack Skellington. I bought the dessert party reserved VIP-seated viewing for the parade that comes with complimentary beverages and a box of sweet and savory treats. My box was filled with freeze-dried fruit, gummy worms, a blueberry ooze cake, salted caramel macarons, mini cupcakes, sugar cookies and other fun stuff. The parade wasn't very long but entertaining. Overall, I enjoyed my first Disney Halloween experience. The Oogie Boogie Bash is pricey (it's Disney), but a fun event to check out. It was actually nice being at the park during the evening hours and having less people to deal with. Oogie Boogie Bash has a special night just for D23 members.

It was very catchy. 2) Enjoy Halloween-themed park rides like Mater's Graveyard JamBOOree, Luigi's Honkin' Haul-O-Ween and Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark! We didn't do any of the holloween themed rides. So don't have an opinion about them. 3) Blazing The Candy Trails (There's 10 trails to trick or treat and you can go more than once! We didn't do World of Color Treat Trail (Sanderson Sisters), Yokai Treat Trail (San Fransokyo) , nor Syndrome (close to Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff). We did Oogie Boogie (animation building), Maleficent (grizzly river run), Agatha trail (Avengers), Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb (Hollywood Land Inside Disney Jr. Building), Buena Vista Treat Trail (Near the entrance), Radiator Springs Racers, and Villains Grove. Love them all, but the ones we went more than once were Agatha Trail (3 times) and Radiator Springs (2 times). They had the turkey sausage sticks and gold fish crackers with some in a shape of Mickey! :) 4) Headless Horseman: He was alright. Wished the horse could do more stuff than walk around. Having the horse trot and prance around would be a nice touch. :) Oogie Boogie For Thought: Might be a one and done due to how much it costs to trick or treat at Disneyland. I did have fun seeing Oogie Boogie and the headless horseman. :)

I still have a special certificate I was given to celebrate my 21st birthday (been a few years, quit a few actually) and I never intend to cash that in. But I have had the opportunity to sit back here while on the Walk in Walt's Footsteps and it is amazing! So comfy and just special.

One of the most magical experiences any Disney fan can have is a ride on the Lilly Belle!…read more She is a Victorian era parlor car whose devour was originally overseen by Lillian Disney herself (fyi she is who the LB is named after)! Since her introduction, she has transported an Emperor, VIP guests and lucky Park guests alike around Disneyland. Being able to ride in the Lily Belle is a special treat that can happen if you are taking a specific Railroad associated Guided Tour, but know that if the temperatures are too high the day/time you are there they will not bring her out and you will NOT get to ride in it. Club 33 guests, VIP's and occasionally random lucky guests can get a chance to experience the Lilly Belle- if you are ever so inclined to receive an offer don't hesitate! The decor is rich and filled with history- no spoilers will be given here! Part of the fun of the experience is learning about these things while on your excursion! If you ever are presented with the opportunity to ride the Lilly Belle, do not hesitate! It's any Disney lovers experience of a lifetime!

It was pretty hot out, around 100, on a Saturday, when we were at Disneyland. There are multiple showtimes for the Royal Theatre Fantasy Faire! If you have the Disneyland Mobile application, you can check there for showtimes. My husband and I ended up watching the 12:30 show. The theatre is an open-air medieval-style tent next to Maurice's treats and near the entrance to Adventureland! The show is approximately 25 minutes long. It's all bench style seating, and there is no AC. It is fully covered, though! You can also sit on the floor near the performers, too! It was such a great show! Mr.Smythe and Mr. Jones are the hosts of the show! You'll either see Beauty and the Beast or Tangled. We ended up watching Tangled. You'll see actors portray Rapunzel and Eugene! Mr.Smythe and Mr. Jones will join in the actions of other characters from the movie and even as the evil Mother Gothel! This show is a lot of fun and great to stop at, especially if you're looking to take a break from the rides! There are a lot of funny scenes during the show, and the props used looked amazing! Next time, I'll try to watch the Beauty and the Beast if it's still being performed at The Royal Theatre Fantasy Faire!

The Royal Theatre is an open-air tent that holds little plays for everyone to enjoy. On our two…read moremost recent visits to the Disneyland Park we were able to catch two shows of "Tangled" featuring Rapunzel and Eugene (Flynn Rider). And who can forget the evil Mother Gothel. I felt that the show was well done highlighting all of the memorable moments from the storyline, so the actors and actresses alone deserve five stars. The low rating is for the way the ushers handled the crowd once the show ended. Once we stepped out of the tent and turned around, we had noticed that Rapunzel had come out in the front from the side of the stage to greet the guests who were fortunate to still be slowly exiting the theater. My daughter wanted to meet her as well, so we had asked the usher if we could step back in to meet her, but were told that we couldn't enter once we had exited. We had just exited and were maybe three steps out the of the theater. That is ridiculous. Instead we were told to go to the part of Fantasyland near the King Arthur's Carousel and Dumbo ride and wait in line for her at her tower. So we immediately dashed across the park to her tower to only find that the wait would be another forty-five minutes. So we waited. Fifteen minutes into our wait they closed off the back of the line saying that Rapunzel needed to head back to do her next show. When we finally made it in to "meet" Rapunzel, she looked rather frazzled and annoyed forcing a quick smile for the cameras with our daughter, not even engaging with us. First off, we had just come from the show and this Rapunzel looked nothing like the "Rapunzel" character in the show. Second, why doesn't Disney hire another girl to play Rapunzel so the girls don't have to rush back and forth and be so grumpy?! A not so happy experience in supposedly the happiest place on earth.

The California Adventure Chamber of Commerce is part of the Buena Vista experience. Some of the services you can get help with at the Chamber of commerce include the following Disability Access Service (DAS) registration & assistance General guest relations - Questions about the park, showtimes, entertainment schedules, or directions. Lost & Found - Reporting or retrieving lost items. Dining help - Assistance with dining reservations or cancellations. Park info & maps - Getting updated maps, event details, or special guides. (I ended up picking up the Halloween Themed theme park map here!) Ticketing issues - Help with upgrades, multi-day passes. They have small tables outside with some cast members already helping guests and you can also go inside to speak with the cast members too depending on how crowded it is and how many people are working. It definitely is smaller than the City Hall, meaning less memorabilia and Disney history to look at, but I got in and out super fast getting my DAS pass, MUCH faster than I ever have at Disneyland and this was during peak Spring break times, so huge plus for me.
