Benny, the owner of the company hung up the phone on me and my husband several times when we confronted him. We sent him video footage of the day he came by to asses the project where we tell him specifically to only cut on of the trucks and clean up the dead flowers. He has now blocked both of our phones. It is one of the most unprofessional companies we have ever come across. This was an irreplaceable tree with so much meaning to me. I am so sad. Strongly discourage anyone from using them.

The reason for this extra charge was because they did not account for the removal of the dirt and rocks before. How do they not know they have to remove the grass or rocks and why wouldn't that be part of the initial consult. I assumed it was. I had already put a deposit and didn't want to be out the that money so I paid the extra $2,000. Once the work was complete I didn't have any issues. However within 2-3 months after install the sprinklers they supposedly fixed started working which they told me they had closed it off and disconnected. So now I have weeds. Then about 6 months later I noticed ripples in the turf. I have called them multiple times as I'm within the 1 year warranty. When I called him and told him what was happening he just laughed and hung up the phone. After that I tried calling multiple times and they never pick up. If you want shitty work, unprofessional people who don't honor their warranty then use this place.
