Ale was fantastic to work with. She was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and well organized. Once construction started, Jonathan and his team were excellent. They arrive promptly each day and cleanup well. Jonathan is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. What stood out most was his communication and transparency. He provided daily updates, either by text or in person, walking me through the progress and explaining what was coming next, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. I also really appreciated his fantastic customer service and follow-through. For example, the game light I purchased arrived broken from the manufacturer, and Jonathan came back promptly after the project was finished to install the replacement once it arrived. The entire project took about a week, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The court and surrounding landscaping look amazing, drain properly, and have completely transformed our backyard. Seeing my son excited to play on it every day makes it even more worth it. I highly recommend Herencia Landscaping to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable, and professional outdoor work. What impressed me most about them was when I told them what I wanted, they gave me ideas based on their expertise. I sometimes worry that contractors will simply give me what I ask for, whether it makes the most sense or not. While I've researched the needs, I'm not a pro and I felt like they listened to the project needs and offered insight to deliver the best result. Jonathan gave me his recommendation and their bid was extremely reasonable. The team came out and got the work done in 2 days. They were sweet people and the work was outstanding. They also left the worksite clean, which seems like a given but seems like a rarity nowadays. I would absolutely hire Herencia again for future projects.

We constantly get compliments on the appearance of our home. Samantha was the landscape architect who created the design, and it was amazing to see her lay out the vision. She saved us space in ways I definitely couldn't have conceived of on my own. She said the remodel would be like doubling our living space, and she was right! Scott oversaw the construction from start to finish. He was very attentive and obviously cared about and was fully invested in the success of the project. He had an expertise with plants and gave great guidance to give me the colors I wanted in plants that would work for our space and the SoCal heat. I am constantly smiling at the plants Scott suggested. They are thriving, and I wouldn't change a thing. The crew was respectful, clean and did a beautiful job. It was a long project, but Pacific Outdoor kept their initial timeline. Our main reason for going with Pacific Outdoor was that they were a one-stop shop. They could do everything. They truly delivered, and it is better than we ever imagined! It was so easy to look at their choices and select what we wanted. They had a wide variety of design choices. We replaced most of the grass in the back with their pavers and used the same pavers for our driveway. They look fantastic. We have a neighbor that had Pacific Outdoor build them a firepit that they love. We received great guidance and attention from the full team all along the way. They didn't quit until the project was finished to our satisfaction. As I float in our beautiful pool and eat tangerines off of my new tree, I feel like a queen and couldn't be happier after choosing Pacific Outdoor! Our family highly recommends them!

I have been very pleased with the results, which have really elevated my enjoyment of my home's outdoor areas. I would also caution anyone considering going with System Pavers to steer clear of those crooks. I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle. With a lot of contractors, there would be a light of hands on management in the day to day but with MG Contruction, they ran the whole operations seaminglessly while keeping me up to date on the progress. Having been busy at work, they save me a lot of my time and hassle from having to spend too much time reviewing this project. They are well organized and Michael definitely has been doing this for a long time. The pricing for his company is more than fair for the high quality of work. Both James and Max were great when I reached out with questions, they were very responsive. A big thank you to his awesome team who helped build the deck and showed up everyday with a smile. One of the reason why I went with MG Construction was because Michael's eagle eye was able to notice certain detail of the job that that the other contractors who provided bids overlooked. I rarely provide reviews for company but MG Construction certainly deserves this one. I will definitely use this company for my future landscape projects.

My requirements were: - Bold and colorful - Native and drought tolerant - Automated drip irrigation The project took approximately one week. The amount of work they got done was staggering: they removed all of the old soil, rocks, and weeds and replaced it with quality soil. They laid the irrigation so that each plant has it's own little spigot. Then, the plants arrived - 100 of them! After they were planted, mulch was applied and TA-DA! Best lawn in the neighborhood!! They followed up with a few visits to check the irrigation and make sure everything was good. We are in the height of August summer now, and now at about 6 week mark, the plants are still thriving, the leaves are nice and juicy, and the flowers are growing. Almost immediately, it started to attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Beautiful, AND good for the environment!!! This was a very expensive project for me - I've been waiting to do it for 7 years! But I am delighted with the results. Hopefully I won't have to wait another 7 years to do the next project, but when I am ready, I already know exactly who to hire. I've incuded some pictures of before, during, and after. If anyone knows who uses landscape rocks you scoop along the concrete to scoop it up. It was kind of a pain and I had to sift it out. I wouldn't have said anything but I tossed the gravel and then the sanitation didn't pick up my can because it was too heavy. I gave a 3 because I liked the rock and the delivery service. I didn't like the hour it took sifting out the gravel.
