Chris has been cleaning my carpets for four years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job. The last go he was able to get some major bloodstains out of the carpet which were over a month old. Chris did an exceptional job on the house we bought. The tile and carpets had never been cleaned in 22 years! Many high traffic carpet spots were so stained you could not see color. The tile was imbedded with black sticky grime. To say it was gross was an understatement. We were contemplating if we should rip out the flooring, it was so bad but, time and budget being a factor, we opted to have them cleaned. All I can say is WOW! I actually can't believe how clean the tile got! We actually like the tile now. The carpets turned out so much better that we expected! We knew they were not going to be perfect but, Chris exceed our expectations. We will still be changing out the carpets but, he definitely bought us some time. This was not he first time we had used a professional company to clean our carpets and tile. We had other homes cleaned by another company on a regular basis. So, we are not new to carpet and tile cleaning. While the other companies we used in the past did a fine job at the time, we now know what an exceptional is! Chris was professional from the start. Gave us a fair quote quickly. I had gotten two other for the job because this was a large job, 1980 sq. ft. and we were on a tight time line. Chris was able to work within our timeframe and budget. First, he was on time, introduced himself and we did a walk through going over each room and what we should expect with floors as bad as the were. As he moved from room to room he has buffers up around every corner to protect our walls. It was a very hot day but, this did not seem to slow him down. He worked for 5 hours, going over some areas three times to get them as clean as he could. When he was done we walked through again and we were astonished by how good the tile looked and the level of clean the carpets got. Since, I have and will continue to sing the praises of Ditty's Carpet Cleaning! We plan on continuing to use Ditty for maintenance cleaning as well! You can't go wrong with Ditty!
