Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He sent me a bid and we set up a time to get going. He is very professional in all facets. As great as that is, his work is even better. He was very familiar with the Schluter that was used to install. He got the waterproofing done the first day, had the leak test overnight and tiled the next day.
