Nail tech (Nory) that was giving me a pedicure kept digging further into my skin which resulted in an infection that I needed to take antibiotics for. She ignored me every time I said it was hurting and requested her to stop. This is not someone who is professional and should probably be looked into. read more

Got there at 9 when they opened. Was getting a pedi and a dip. They put me at the pedi bowl and took other people behind me and let me sit for 45 mins. Been going there for 6 years. Worst experience. read more

when we walked in and asked for regular nail polish, she said "if you don't get gel you will leave with chipped nails". i have an illness that makes me not able to get gel often so i didn't appreciate being told id leave with chipped nails when i can't get gel again. i feel so weird posting my toes here but i feel i need to. the lady used the electric file to take gel off and completely botched my nails making them not smooth while also putting the nail polish on chunky and clunky. their towels caused me to be itchy and my legs are still itchy two hours later. not to mention it took my mom 2 hours a half for a mani pedi for non-gel nails, just the paint! for me it took an hour and half. i never have issues getting a smooth finish with regular nail polish with the nail techs i had went to but i just moved back here and didnt know where to go. it was clear the nail techs were inexperienced in regular nail polish. save your money and drive somewhere else. read more

Jenny does horrible work! She upcharges Ppl for crappy service. Called and spoke with David who usually does my nails and does a great job but he wouldn't let me spreak, screamed at me and hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with State Board. Nope, will never get my business ever again and I do not recommend. I was seated quickly which was the one star. From there it was a anger inducing. I had one mail that I needed fixed and I believe the tech was the owner. She hurt me trying to pry the broken nail off and I screamed in agony but she kept at it. The she filed the replacement nail in a shape that was different than the others and was moving on to the next step when I told her the file needed to be corrected. From there I guess she was in her feelings because she had the nerve to start slamming things around and being really jerk-Iike. She kept saying she wasn't finished but oh yes she was she was mad because I said something. Uh duh I'm paying and not for mess. I could barely understand her so communication was poor. Mimi is awesome! I was admittedly a little frustrated because my appointment was at 5:30 and I didn't get started until 6:20. To be fair, it was a busy friday and maybe i should have suspected to wait a little... although not that much. I was also getting a little frustrated because i came straight from work and rushed from work to make it in time- it was also a bit of a stressful shift. But! I do understand how customer service gets and it really do just be like that. Once Mimi got to my she did an awesome job. My nails and toes look so cute for my birthday. She also was very engaging, and she made me and my sister feel welcome; I've never had someone do my nails that i felt i could have a convo with but me and my sister both agreed that she was nice to talk to. And I had to come back the next day cause the acrylic was chipping, had an attitude the whole time threw together the design that my 7 year ild son could've done a better job... I had an appointment for 9:30 this morning. I arrived at 9:20 fully expecting to have to wait outside for a few minutes bc I was early and they don't open until 9:30. Imagine my shock when I get there and the place is PACKED! So they decided to open early and only told select patrons. The sign on their door as well as their website states that they open at 9:30. And when I asked one of the nail techs what time they opened he could not give me a clear answer. When I was paying, the lady said I should make an appointment next time because it would be "better". I let her know that I HAD an appointment today, but they decided to open early and take a gaggle of people before me. I let her know that that was bad for business and she shrugged and said "Holiday, sorry". To which I replied, "You sure are" and walked out the door. And to make matters worse, they increased their prices. So I had to pay MORE than usual for being extremely inconvenienced. read more

Nope .. never again.. I came here only because my regular nail salon was temporarily unable to take appointments. My nails were a mess and I couldn't wait. So I went to the salon up the street from my mother.. I'd been there before but don't really recall the precious visit. The grumpy face and dispositioned lady did my nails. Who knows what her name is.. starts with a C.. Any, I thought I needed a fill but actually needed a a fresh overlay set. And that part was actually ok. It's when she went to do my gel that I found it very messy. I told her that one of the nails smeared and wanted it fixed. She halfway fixed it. I was so over it that I just decided it wasn't worth it. I am a great tipper and didn't leave her one cent. Her vibes are very poor. I won't come back. Over a year ago I kept being sent to this one tech who always seemed to have an attitude and be in a rush. I should have followed my gut and went some where for my birthday treat. I went in to get a manicure. Fifteen minutes later, the manicure was finished and my nails were being dried. This was the worst manicure I have ever received. My nails were not shaped evenly or the same as each other. There were extra pieces on the ends from not being filed properly or having the edges buffed. The polish is not smooth. I complained to one of the other technicians and showed her the problem nails. She said he could fix them. I said that he had already made a mess and I didn't want him to do anything else. No other solution was mentioned. I paid, did not tip (which was hard for me to do) and left. He also kept my polish. I will not be returning to Diva nails. read more

This place is filthy, the staff does not listen and will ruin your nails. I don't believe anyone working here is certified. Gross! I will never return and I only came to have an acrylic set removed. All of these other reviews are old. They've completely remodeled the inside and they got rid of a lot of the staff who was underperforming. They now not only do regular nails but they also do acrylics, gels, dip nails and so much more. Ignore the other reviews, I recommend you give this place a shot now! read more

I like this nail salon. It's nice, you go on a regular basis and your nails are done beautifully. They give you options with new products, but if you like what you always get, you are good. I always see lots of regulars whenever I go. See who you like best, ask regulars who they think do the best nails, then make an appointment. Appointments can be made the same day. Worst nail salon I've ever patronized. I went in for a pedicure & they didn't file the toe nails all the way. When it came to the polish, I brought my own bottle in; after she was done, it looked like a 6 year old painted my toes. My pedicure only lasted for 5 days, & I had to re-polish. Good thing I owned the nail polish. The workers were more interested in their own conversations, as opposed to the customers. My 2 girlfriends also went the same day, and their gel polish manicure didn't last either. One chipped the next day, and the other lasted for 4 days. I highly would NOT recommend this salon to my worst enemy. read more

I used to love this place. Everytime I go in, there are at least two if not three of us. Easily spend close to $100 plus tip. The first couple months? Service was great. Pedicures and nails were perfect. The last two times, not so much. I left each time with a bleeding toe because the skin got nipped. I got a new set of acrylic nails, usually get gel, but...three days later? I'm removing polish and repolishing because it has worn and looks like crap. 10 days later? Nails start falling off. Excellent salon but I recommend making an appointment if you go on the weekend. I have had gel a nails for years from Diva and they last a good 3 weeks before you need a fill. They take their time and do it the right way. My favorites are Jacki, MiMi, Holly and Mary- but all of them are excellent. They have all worked there for years and have many regular customers. They have an ok selection of OPI polishes but the other polishes that they carry aren't the best quality so I recommend taking your own polish. I have gotten manicures, pedicures and waxing here and highly recommend Diva nails. read more
