I wish I got a photo of my previous set - LIZ did my nails and sis popped off she gave me a gorgeous pink with pink French tip and chrome they were stunning I got many compliments !! My full set was about $50 or so. Overall awesome place I'll keep going here for a while !

Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. In fact, An was kind enough to text me that they were running a little behind for my appointment and also mentioned to look for the blue awning off of Ann Street. If you are fortunate enough to live near Enchanted I highly recommend you get there soon. And if you are visiting Baltimore and in need of nail care as I was last Saturday then call them up for an appointment!

Prices are reasonable as well and it's nice and cozy inside. Just keep in mind you have to schedule an appointment, they do not take walk ins. I watched employees clean the pedicure bowls more than once only by squirting it with water and wiping it down with a towel. There was cleaning spray nearby, but it wasn't used. Also, I know for a fact that the large black heel files and purple pedicure stones were used repeatedly on different customers without being cleaned. Next up, was the overall experience which was also bad. Rather than relaxing music, televisions blared. In other establishments there are signs asking you not to talk on your phone. No such thing here, so I got to listen to a teenage girl have a loud and lewd FaceTime. The owner yelled at an employee. A group of teenagers carried on loudly using the f word repeatedly. The final straw for me was the fact that they used a drill to remove paint from both my toes and fingers. That is a sure fire sign that you're not in a nice nail establishment. The only positive was that their prices were low, but you get what you pay for in this case.

The nail tips aren't measured to each individual nail, just measured on one hand and they think it's supposed to fit the other hand. Then tips are placed on you nail without care or precision. When tips are cut down to your liking they aren't close to being even. My nails on one hand is longer than the other hand. And since the tip weren't fitted properly, my full nail isn't covered with acrylic. Since some are my natural nail is exposed, these acrylic nails will come off easily and won't last. So I basically wasted money for absolutely nothing. DON'T GO HERE! Plus they don't have good customer service skills. It's not a welcoming feeling at any point of being there UPDATE! I tried them one more time just because I needed something quick. Here's pictures of what I received... DO NOT GO HERE! That old lady and man don't know what they are doing! They can't even work the register and add correctly. They always have to call someone else for simple things they should know being that they work there and that person doesn't know anything either. This is horrible I ask her to fix it and she told me "no she has another customer".

As the nail tech was prepping my nails, I noticed all the sample nail designs and thought, Oh, she knows how to do designs. With that in mind, I decided to get acrylic tips instead. I shared a video with her showing a cat-eye French tip design I wanted. As she started working, I felt the nails looked too dark, but I tried to trust the process. She finished one nail and asked for my opinion. I asked if it was the final product, but due to a language barrier, she called over a man I believe is the owner. He explained that the nail wasn't finished and there were more layers to add, so I said okay. When everything was done, she executed the design perfectly, but it was much darker than I wanted. I had hoped for a pink design but left with a dark pink and greenish-looking nail. I tried to love it but couldn't, so I returned the next day to request a color change. Initially, the owner implied I would need to pay for the redesign, but when I explained that I had expressed my dissatisfaction the day before, he agreed to fix it at no charge. Because of this good customer service, I decided to give them another chance, but I opted for a different nail tech this time and requested Michael. During my fill, I had to point out areas where the nails weren't shaped correctly. Even during polishing, I had to ask him to go over spots he missed. I asked for blue chrome nails with glitter, and he initially said it was possible. However, after prepping my nails, he called over a coworker, showed him the picture, and then told me he couldn't execute the design. As a result, I left with plain nail polish. Michael was apologetic and said they'd have the chrome powder next time, but by then, the experience left me disappointed. The staff is nice, and I appreciate that they allow both appointments and walk-ins. However, there's something about the vibe of the salon that feels off, so I won't be returning. That said, if you're in a pinch and need something affordable, they might be worth a try.

Then I looked at my hands and saw that two of the nails were already chipped. I went back the next day to get them fixed, and the technician touched up the polish. However, just two days later, the polish started chipping again. I didn't want to be difficult, so I decided I would just pay to have the color changed because I was tired of it constantly chipping--even though it hadn't even been four days since I got them done. They charged me $40 just to change the color. This was a very poor experience and disappointing service overall.
