This place seems disorganized & cleanliness is definitely not their first priority she used the same file on me from the previous client, the UV light was filthy & wasn't wearing any gloves. However my nails did come out alright, this place is your average chop shop. I would not recommend unless you really need your nails to be done. She also didn't put any cuticle oil until I asked for it. read more

This is the worst nail place I've ever been to, I asked for ombré and the lady that did my nails said she couldn't do that I was so confused and said okay so I wanted initials on one of my nails she also told me she couldn't do it. I came down for summer break and decided to get my nails done and I chose this place....my grandma brought me and she got her toes done and i hot my fingers.....they sat me down and my grandma had to wait 10 min to finally sit in the chair but there were employers sitting and just talking....the lady is done with the trimmings and all that and she is going to do the lotion...she just slathers my arm in lotion and ribs it in and then makes me wash my hands....she tells me "no gel?" And I say "no gel" and she says "oh well paint chips easy" and I just nodded my head...I am all done and they dont look good the paint is on my finger there are smears and its chipped.....I am DONE drying my nails and I go to sit with my grandma and I smear the paint after 20 min under the dryer.....the lady tells me "they take an hour to dry...I will fix" and she fixes them and they still look bad.....but the people are nice....well some are and the environment is not bad I wouldn't recommend this place unless I had to or they are in town.... read more

Got a pedicure here. They did a great job. The place was clean and they have an incredible selection of nail polish colors. I left feeling very relaxed! My only complaint is that the whole place smelled like nail polish remover. They should work on getting some more airflow in the facility. read more

Went in for my appointment, I was getting a pedicure and acrylic nails, when I got there I sat down and waited for one of the lady's to finish up the nails they were doing. After 10 minutes someone finally told me to sit in the massage chair and they started on my pedicure. I paid 55$ for a 10 minute massage and my toe nails painted, I definitely wouldn't recommend getting the whole 55$ package. After my pedicure, I went and they started on my nails, they rudely told my boyfriend to go wait for me by the door. Overall experience, they did my nails well but they were all rude. read more

Had a great pedicure with Candy. My toes look great! She gives a nice strong massage. A little short as they were getting busy with walk-ins and only 2 people working. I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went in just for some gel polish and the woman who did my nails did not do a very good job apart from being rude. When she started painting my nails the color, I asked if there was any way I could switch the color because it was too dark and so she wiped it off and then just tossed the color samples down in front of me because she didn't want to, which I thought was unprofessional. When she was finished the area around the cuticles is very messy, there are small bumps in the gel polish and not even 3 HOURS later, the gel polish chipped off while I was just washing my hands! I called to ask for the price and the lady told me $20 but when she was done my nails she charged me $30 when I had just called and was told a different price. I am just very disappointed with how everything turned out and may not return, which is sad because I enjoyed Diva nails. read more

If you make an appointment, it's not an appointment, it's a walk in. This place is understaffed and overbooked. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the past five times I have gone to get my nails done thinking they were having a busy day but every "appointment" I make I wait at least 30 minutes to an hour and a half ! They do a fantastic job at nails BUT they change the price every time I walk in ... first it was $25 then $35 then one lady tried to charge me $50! I would not recommend this place unless you have nothing else planned that day. read more

I came to get my nails done here for the first time and when the lady was doing them i noticed that 3 of my nails were crooked & when i let her know & asked her to fix them she told me no that they were fine & didn't fix them. I let it go. They charged me $75 for the set & the next day 6 jewels had already fallen off. I went back in to get them fixed & they were clearly upset about it. They lady just put the jewels back on & put a big chunk of glue on top of them. Walked out w big lump of glue on 5 of my nails. They didn't even look nice anymore. & to top it off, the nails started falling off on the 6th day!
