Really needed new wig. I have been struggling with illness for a while and have lost most of my hair. I searched all over for a good wig and a place that will let me try one on, because if you are making that kind of investment it's best to actually see what it looks like. I found this place after going to a Sally's and they were like go here. Amazing selection! Also wonderful customer service! Everyone was so nice! I recently visited and had a nice experience! As soon as I walked in the owner said hello. Loved that. She let me wander without hovering. And then when I clearly didn't find what I wanted she guided me in the right direction. What we didn't find on the wall she found for me on the shelf. These shelves are packed lol. Clearly storage, due to the store being small. But they had everything I was looking for. Great prices. Nice selection of products from hair weave to styling products. I had a appt with Mrs. Douglass to get my hair braided before my vacation. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mama she directed me where to sit. It was a really good experience all the women were really nice. I had never had my hair professionally braided before and Mrs. Douglass recommend that I add some hot pink, I'm so happy I did it looks awesome. I'll be back for sure. read more

This place is so disorganized and messy. And this is the last time I'll ever go there. Ive gone in here to get beauty supplies every once in a while. I own a hair salon and I referred my clients to Divas' to get hair, maintenance products, etc. However, the staff is rude and they literally expect you to dig through shipping boxes to get products out. And the door is darn near broken and isn't easily accessible to disabled people, which is probably being done on purpose and leaves them open to an ADA complaint. Amazon has cheaper hair and I don't have to look at someone talking on the phone, not helping me, that acts agitated that I won't dig through unlabeled shipping boxes full of miscellaneous hair. They also take different methods of payment depending on who's working, workers will ask you to cash app/ or Zelle them which is ridiculous and unprofessional. read more

It is a small beauty shop in Lynnwood. I am very happy to find one in this area, they seem to be very rare. They carry most of the popular brands of hair products and accessories and all the essentials for natural hair. If you need assistance, the lady at the desk can help you locate any product. In the back of the shop, they also have a salon, call to get prices and appointments. I walked out looking like lion king and Mama telling me it was fine and beautiful. So I'll start by saying this place is not it. First off it's hard to ever schedule an appointment as they never answer the phone. I went there about 2 weeks ago now and got crocheted box braids. I showed up on time and when they opened and no one was there so I waited. I get my hair braided however whoever did a rushed job on my hair and it now looks like I've had the braids in for 2 months...mind you I'm not an idiot and know how to wrap up and take care of my braids. I am not rich so the fact that I spent my well earned money on some mediocre braids makes me so pissed. My braids are falling out...I called expressing my feelings and had to leave a message. I asked if I could get a discount or something however they just need to flat out re-do my hair free of charge but I am sure I won't get a call back. Lastly, I could tell they were pissed at the fact that I brought my own hair because the shit they sale is soooooo marked up you'd be crazy to buy it.
