I started my pool process in February and was complete by mid-June. Isaac, the owner, was very hands-on and kept me in the loop on what steps were occurring. I really appreciated how any time I had a question, he responded pretty quickly and just the personal care and attention he gave. I received other bids from other companies, and Mojave Blue was right in the middle. I constantly get compliments how great the pool looks. I have had a really great experience with Mojave Blue Pools. I started the process last November with Issac and he gave me the best price around. I received quotes from a couple other places that were 4-6k more. Issac had great communication along the way and was easy to get a hold of. This was our first pool so we wanted to make some changes a long the way and had lots of questions. Everyone was very patient with us. We did have some delays that were due to Covid but the end result is amazing! We have been swimming for a month now and couldn't bet happier. The quality so far has been outstanding. Well..... they never answered my email for a consultation.... so I gave them a call and left a message (see previous post). I received a call back from an Issac a couple days later, but I was in a meeting so it went to voicemail. When I called back it was the middle of the day again, it rang a few times and went to voicemail - AGAIN! Apparently they don't have a receptionist. It's been almost a week now, no call back. If I can't even get ahold of them for a consultation, I can't imagine what would happen if I have issues with the construction of the pool or maintenance afterwards. Where to begin...all I can say is stay away unless you want a ton of headaches with an extreme lack of communication. My project started in July. Simple new pool 15 X 12 rectangle and concrete decking. It is now January and over three months behind schedule. The tile was set in my pool 73 days ago and the next step was the concrete decking...it has been nothing but problems and delays. First, the concrete team set the forms wrong not matching the blueprints and not even square with the pool. I the customer had to notice and get the pool company out to review the situation for correction. Since that date, the forms are still not correct and my appointments keep getting missed to finish the project. Today was the next appointment for the concrete team and of course...NO SHOW. I had to reach out to Mojave and they had no idea...which is what I have come to expect with this company! Mojave Pools is extremely unprofessional and I now have to consider legal arbitration to get my project finished correctly. read more

Terrible service! Over a month late on the completion date. They don't return emails or phone calls. They never keep you in the loop. I've had my pool for about 8 months and one of the lights popped out. This company is in no hurry to come over and repair it. They are quick to come on over and pick up a check. Lol. Stay away! Not worth your money or time. read more

If I told you everything that went wrong with building my pool, you wouldn't believe me. The most painful and disappointing process I have ever been a part of. I highly advise using a different company. The owner and project manager will go missing for weeks to months at a time. There is minimal communication and he is far removed from the project. He doesn't care about the the project other than getting paid. It's as simple as that. The only time I heard from the owner (even though he assured me he was very hands on) was when he wanted payment. Once a payment was made, he would go missing again leaving us wondering when or if we would see any more progress. My husband and I coincidentally met another couple at the pool supply store who were also having their pool built by Isaac (owner) and they had similar complaints. This was reassuring to know our concerns were valid. Tonight was the first time we were able to use our hot tub. (The project was started in March) To my disappointment, the hot tub is extremely shallow. I sat for 5 min and then got out and went into my house full of sorrow. Pay the extra money and use a company with better reviews and more resources. Complete sadness and regret. read more

We started shopping for a pool a little over a year ago. We have met with Isaac at Mojave Blue Pools as well as several other companies. Mojave Blue was one of the best prices that already came with the variable speed pump, quartz finish, and LED lighting that every other company was charging extra for. Isaac did not come across as a pushy salesman trying to get us to buy unnecessary upgrades or nickel and dining every little adjustment along the way. It took us a year to finally decide to build the pool and met again with Isaac to go over our new design we wanted. Once we signed the contract work started the following week. The only thing we paid extra for was extending the concrete patio down the side yard a little ways. Isaac also seemed genuinely interested in addressing any questions and concerns we had along the way. The work was completed in a timely manner and now we are just waiting for warmer weather. If I were to build another pool I would definitely call Mojave Blue Pools read more

Robert, the designer, was the best part of the whole process. Quite honestly, he was the reason I went forward with building this pool. I really appreciated the time he took to go over the details with me and show me real examples of other pools and explain how and where to save money versus where it made sense to spend it. That being said, the actual process of building it wasn't so great. We were about 2 months late. I noticed the same lack of communication and follow through that others have mentioned in their reviews. I heard the same excuses about sub contractors when no one should show up. The problem is, as a general contractor it's your responsibility to find subs that show up and get the work done. My pool ended up with a leak (sub contractors damaged the return lines) after we filled it and I wasn't happy with the way it was handled. It drug on for over a week, while everyone pointed fingers at someone else (Isaac, the concrete guys, the plumbers) all the while I had fresh plaster that was on the brink of irreplaceable damage because I couldn't keep water in there to cover it. They plugged the spa to isolate the leak but then the water couldn't filter properly and it filled up with plaster dust. After all of the hassle and headaches I dealt with, I am happy with the finished product and it is very close to the design Robert and I worked on. I just wish that it hadn't taken so long (when I was given a shorter timeframe on the contract) and I wish that they had hired sub contractors that took a little more pride in their work and actually showed up. read more
