As first time buyers in the US, we did not know what to expect. Since then we have had 2 attemps to Re-Fi and both times have failed due to false promises and lack of communication. We have been trying to contact them for weeks without a reply. Nicole Francis has not been available and does not return our calls even priomised by her staff. She was the reason we chose RPM, because she convinced us the Re-Fi could be done in matter of weeks and how they would give us the time and attention needed. This was in November last year. We are in end of April now. Don't waste your time with them.

Purchased a Discovery Homes house just over 2 years ago. Very little communication once they had…read moremy down payment. The salesman over sold the property and then disappeared ignoring every attempt at reaching him. The design center lady made us feel we were inconveniencing her by being there and did not help us at all. The final product was rushed, many corners were cut during construction which 2+ years on we are still dealing with. Almost EVERY TRADE has cut corners causing us issues. Difficult in scheduling follow up repair work. Lowest quality of everything they could find was used. Roof leaked in the very first rain, no flashing was installed where the vents exit the roof. Driveway was cracked in several places before we even moved in, and not in the control joints where it should have cracked. Gutters blocked solid with stucco. Baseplates on the concrete curb on the foundation not flush leaving holes for rodents to enter the house. Holes in the drywall under all the sinks where the pipes enter/exit which gave an entry point to rodents inside the home. Cheapest paint possible that stains just by looking at it. Leaking under the kitchen sink from day 1. Squeaky floors all over. Vent to heater was installed backwards which blew out the heater motor within 2 months of moving in. Wrong breakers used at the electrical panel which tripped far too often. Oversold, underdelivered - leaving me full of regret. If only I know now what I didn't know then.
