The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter. But called them today and they had the same item (which was discontinued at 9th and 12th Street Ace's) and offered to order in additional quantity I needed to finish a job. Great job for Ace on S.
