She took special care with explaining the menu, the restaurant, and the village to give us an idea of our new community... checking on us throughout the dining experience to make sure we were satisfied. The dish had seven little artichoke quarters drowning in Alfredo sauce. The artichoke was sweet and tender but all that sauce really overwhelmed it and this app is overpriced for the quantity. Later I realized we could have had them served with EVOO and parmesan which I would have much preferred. It was disappointing that the waitress didn't ask which preparation we wanted, and that the kitchen apparently did not ask her, either. Our two pasta dishes were delectable and the amount of protein was quite generous. We both loved our sauces, and the spicy Italian sausage (house made!) was out of this world. They sliced it nice and thin and there was so much, I was really in Heaven. The fettuccine and the capellini were done to perfect al dente. Our waitress did a great job and checked on us often. She was handling several tables and was constantly on the move but kept up well with all her guests. I was thrilled to see Limoncello cake on the dessert menu but a bit shocked at the high price. They're a huge part of why I keep coming back. And the food... man. The wings are hands-down the best in town. No debate there. And the pickle pizza? That thing gives me quite a tickle. Hubby reserved us a table for their cookout. Hubby and I ordered the Vintner Dinner. It included your choice of everything the House Dinner offered (NY Strip, Salmon, Shrimp or Crab Cakes and buffet) plus a Fillet Mignon, 2 premium drinks that cover any wine, beer, or wine slushie. We ordered the Fillet Mignon and it was a beautiful cut of meat!! It just melted in your mouth. You can look online at their menu options! We were so full. The buffet was fantastic, their baked potatoes were amazing! And they had live music from a country group Hearts on Fire. We had an absolute ball. Reservations are taken between 5:00-7:30 pm. Let them know if the size of your party changes because they prepare food fresh based on the reservation size. (They also offer private dinners outside of the normal cookout hours if you want a private event) They also have food you can order from the kitchen like cheese boards, Bavarian pretzels, chips and salsa, nachos and cheese, Caprese Platter, Valley Potato Chicken Boats and more! This place is under new ownership and they said to come back again this spring to see all the new things they're doing! The staff treats you like family and you can tell they've been making people happy for a long time. We took home a bottle of Raspberry Wine and Bourbon Barrel Aged Mead!! They also have craft beer!
