As I was getting a full set she kept getting up and attending ppl coming in for services. My nails are lumpy, two of them are crooked, and my thumbs aren't the same length. I didn't notice how messed up they were till I got home since I was in a rush at this point having to get my kids at 12. It's disappointing cuz this place had such good reviews so I was hopeful this was going to be my go-to nail shop! I am not one to usually write bad reviews because I believe you have to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the owner did a terrible job on my full set nails. Not only is one longer than the other the shape just wasn't what I was expecting and when I asked her to change it for me she was blaming the way my cuticle and the finger. Instead of attempting to fix it and she seemed very distractive and standing up a lot. I get it it's your company and it can get busy. But when you are having side conversation and stop what your doing just to chit chat it's unprofessional. Especially when I had dinner plans that evening. I had to tell her I was in a rush because she wouldn't stop having these side conversation with the technician. I shared a few picture example of the thickness and the length of the nails. Going to get a pedicure is my "me time" to relax and do something for me, so I look forward to that time! Unfortunately I came to this establishment. Once the tech started cutting my toe nails she kinda pulled at one of the nails which I should've said something but then kept quiet. Then she gets to my big toe nails, she goes to cut the side of the nails closest to my skin then pull the whole thing out. It hurt so much started bleeding. She kept putting pressure on it while I was telling her to leave it alone it burns. She kept wanting to touch it even though I'm saying don't touch it. At this time, I'm turned off I tell her to stop cutting my nails and to just focus on my heels she does and ok job I still have rough skin. Nothing was going right so I cut everything short and ask to just leave. No one comes to apologize, I was charged full price like nothing happened. A guy approached to take a picture of my toe and he says oh I don't see anything!!!! What did he expect to see my whole toe cut off?! I don't get it. I am so disappointed. I received a texted from the owner stating I would get a 20% disc on a pedi. I set up an appointment for 10:00 am Sat Morning for a pedi and wax. I got there at 9:55 am. As soon as I walked in she asked me what time was my appt. I told her 10:00 and she said I was late. Mind you, it's not even 10:00 am at this point. I corrected her in a very kind manner and she apologized. She asked me to wait, which wasn't an issue. After waiting 20 mins a woman walked up and stood over me looking at the box of nail colors I had. I kindly said, good morning, do you want the box? She looked at me, mumbled something then walked away with the box. 10 mins after, a nail Tech approached me and said she was going to do my hands. I told her my hands are already done. All I need her to do is a pedi and wax. She walked off and spoke with the manager. I turned around to explain the text exchange then the nail tech PUT HER HAND UP AND SHUSHED ME. Very unorganized and everyone is still in training which I was understanding of since it was a soft grand opening and services were 20% off. My pedicure was ok, no real complaints there. I was trying to get dip nails with a chrome finish and she layered first glitter then a white powder then a pink then more layers of something else. it was thick and globby and some were not even sticking and peeling up. She called someone and talked to them on speaker as if getting instruction on how to do it. After being there a total of 3 hours I told her not to worry and I had to leave. She kept saying she'd fix it but I had an appointment to get to and couldn't wait any longer. As I was paying for my daughters nails another lady got up and was leaving saying things feel off and unorganized and she's leaving. The lady working there looked at me and said oh she's leaving because of you, you scared her and kept saying this to me and other lady who was also leaving. Just moved from out of state to the area and needed to find a nail place. While online I stumbled upon Divine Nails. There was a same day opening, which I booked. The appointment was with Tracy. I walked in the door and was greeted by a nice Hispanic lady. I told her that I was there for an appointment. She asked me to sign in as I was signing in Tracy came out and asked what I needed. I told her that i wanted solar removed from my nails and go back with regular dipped nails. Usually in a nail salon when you speak to a person, you ask them to pick out a nail color. Right away she says "What you need" I told her again, then she says " You sure you don't want pedicure" I said no I made an appointment for dipped nails. In my mind, you don't push other services on someone, you let them decide what services they need. She told me to sit in the first chair and went in the back talking to someone else. She stayed in the back talking to whomever she was talking to. It was apparent that she was discussing my nails because a gentleman came out and started working on my nails. I joking mentioned that I guess she didn't want to do my nails because she constantly came over there talking and looking at my nails, almost like in a complaining tone. After he took the solar off then she took over. Tracy was very rough handling my nails and at one point I had to pull away because she grinded one of my nails too hard. She finally asked what color I wanted my nails, I told her that I didn't know because I was rushed into the chair. When I finally picked a color, she says " That color is too lite and will show your nails. I told her that was fine. The color was exactly what I wanted but my nails look so so. She rushed and has horrible customer service. When it's time for me to get them dipped again, I will be trying another nail shop. She tried to make up in the end, but it was too late. I received a gift card to get a Pedicure and a Manicure. A called Divine Nails and Spa on 5/20. Your worker - Trang the Manager she was excited and ask me to come know. I had this young guy working on my nails, but you can till he needed assistant. So, I ask the Manager to assist him. It took him almost 4 hrs. just to do my Manicure with added tips. At the end she refuses to do my toes because she expressed that I was rude for asking to many questions. And her workers were afraid of me. I was truly upset with her false remarks. Also, I was highly insulted, because she said her 2 worker was scared of me. I'm a very civilized, Educated and Respectful person. Which you can play the video from the date. She was very angry because I ask her for the owner phone# several times. Also, you had about 8 people walk in and walk out because they didn't have the worker to do their nails. When she refuses to do my pedicure there was no customer in the shop. I have pictures of proof. I had to go to another nail salon to do my Pedicure. Unacceptable and very poor customer service. Then had the nerve to ask me to come back tomorrow. I was catching a flight out of town. Then called my home later around 7pm apologizing. Extremely unorganized, scheduled appointment with her and her husband during COVID-19 and the next day the owner acted as if she had never seen me but offered a 20% discount. Ladies do not waste your time and go somewhere that you can establish a relationship with a tech and they appreciate you and your business. Don't just another dollar for them to collect. They also were not abiding by social distancing guidelines. Her attitude is horrible and the husband acts very timid and goes along with that ever she says. I've never given any business a low rating but the customer service was trash and she told me she didn't have Matte nail polish nor did they put it on feet.
