Customer service is a really big deal to me, so even though they aren't the closest salon to me, I kept coming back and got to know several of the technicians, everyone has been wonderful. They do everything from simple solids to designs, I've gotten it all and always been happy with my nails, and in the rare occasion I wanted to change or fix something, all I had to do was ask and and they were happy to accommodate me to make sure I was happy. She removed the builders gel and tells me I will get my acrylic set, someone else comes to help me and does my set again never asking if I want gel or regular polish. I did let them know I had multiple cuts and that it was burning she told me to let her know doing so she continued to throw chemicals on those open cuts and would look at me smiling. I had sat there for 3 hours already 8 months pregnant. They knowingly knew that I had missed my nail appointment with someone else due to them not giving me what I wanted so I proceeded to ask if I could get an acrylic full set she said she would be able to do my set. I then go to the next chair to do my set it was now 4 hours of me being there, she finished applying and shaping the acrylic and then decided to finally give me a price she tells me its going to 90 when I tell her to just leave as is she then goes I will give you discount of $80 then $75 I again refused over and over. We head to the register and then she begins to tell me its $85 for my toes I argued with her that they had told me 35 plus 27 over and over she made multiple calls to the ladies and they all responded aggressively so I proceeded to say I do not want to speak to them, she pulls out a price sheet that I had looked at in the beginning of the Pedicure Packages and says that in writing it says something about an extra charge the writing was small.. they didn't inform me at all about this. So I then argued that I was cut up and sat there for 4 hours for them to overcharge and randomly bring up another charge that they did not once mention and angrily told me I had to read everything and that it was all my fault. She proceeded to charge me $135 all together I then pull out my zelle proceeded to pay and she proceeded to say she needed a picture of my receipt I refused. I would never walk out without paying.. so I asked if I can leave she then says a remark after I leave. They left me in distress these were my babyshower nails I am heartbroken, my boyfriend went in respectfully asking why they overcharged me and had me sitting there to have an overall horrific experience and that I am pregnant not feeling so great she then proceeded to lie and say she was pregnant too?? also mentioning cameras and having footage that she did not mind sharing of me saying I loved everything once he asked to see the footage she says no?? so she continues to contradict herself we did call the cops and they told us to file a claim because of the distress they put me through and that they aren't cooperating so take them to court so that is exactly what we are going to do. During the filing process, the technician filed very aggressively and actually cut two of my fingers. Despite explaining the shape I wanted, I never got the result I was asking for. The French tips were the biggest disappointment. They looked uneven and already appeared days old despite being freshly done. Throughout the appointment, I respectfully pointed out areas I wanted adjusted, but each correction seemed to make the lines thicker or more uneven. I felt like my feedback wasn't being heard. The appointment took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for a very simple design. As the technician became visibly frustrated, I eventually said the nails were fine because I felt that was the best result I was going to get and I just wanted to leave. When I explained that I needed to go, she still turned the drill back on and started reworking a nail instead of respecting my time. I had to leave to pick up my son from basketball practice, and I shouldn't have had to justify that. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that French tips can be challenging to perfect, but I expected better communication, more attention to detail, and respect for my feedback. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with my nails and wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. I would have preferred a refund so I could have them corrected by another technician.
