Not only is she talented, but she listens!! She is happy for me to show her as many photos of my hair from days gone by as well as pictures of newer styles. She's also honest about whether she feels it will suit my hair and just doesn't tell me what I want to hear. Jill is also fantastic at color, highlights, and lowlights. . My hair is very healthy due to the care she provides. She also gives an awesome blow out! Trust me when I say I'm very particular with my blow outs! She hits the mark! If you need a stylist who is talented, listens, and takes her time to do your hair, then Jill A. at Bella Salon is the one!

My wife went to this salon on a recommendation from one if her friends. She went to have some…read moreblonde highlights put in her hair to blend in with the few grey hairs she has earned after raising four wonderful children. When I got to the salon, my wife was under a dryer and was looking a bit nervous. Her hair typically takes color and lightens quite easily, where she hardly has been under heat to help the process. She expressed her anxiety to me and to the stylist, Annette, when she came to check on her. Annette tried to assure her that everything was fine and it just needed more time. After quite awhile under the heat, she was told that it all "looked good" and that it was time to rinse her hair. After removing the foils and rinsing her hair, she was taken to another station and had just the top dried. My wife immediately noticed that her hair wasn't right and asked the stylist to fix it. Annette put a toner in her hair and then rinsed that. She dried just the top of my wife's hair and told her that it looked great. We took her word for it since it was hard to see with her hair still wet. BIG mistake! When we got home and my wife dried her hair, almost every foil had bled leaving tiger stripes all over her head (pictures attached)! My wife was so upset that she immediately contacted her trusted stylist and begged her to fix it. There was no way my wife was going back to Annette that had to have seen all of the bleeders she left in her hair. I don't know how someone that owns a business and calls themselves a "professional" would leave someone's hair like that! We tried finding a way to contact Annette other than calling her landline at the salon, which turns out to be impossible. There is a website for the salon, but no way to send an email or anything. There is a link to a Facebook site that says it does not exist on it. After a quick Google search I was able to find a cell number and left a text for Annette explaining the issue. She called a few days later enraged that I had contacted that phone and told me that basically we were out of luck and that a refund would not happen. So I just wanted to make sure others knew the risks they were taking by going to this salon.

I visited the "salon" couple weeks ago for trimming. I am not really a good speaker of English…read morebecause I have lived in the US for two years. So when I described to the "stylist" what I wanted i didn't have to say much - I simply showed her the lenght (about 1 1/2 inch) of my hair that needed to be trimmed. When the "slylist" was trimming my hair I noticed that her hands were trembling. After she finished she headed to reception where my husband paid for the service . I could see right away that the hair on left side was shorter then on my right side and i asked her to fix the problem but she cut the shorter side again and made it even worse. I pushed her hands aside and headed to the door. The owner of the saloon tried to figure out what was wrong, but I was too upset to explain anything. The stylist blamed on the lack of communication but what was the point? What kind of communication does she need to make a simple trimming. What she did could hardly be called as either A trimming or a haircut! I left the salon immediately with the terrible mood and went home. At home I checked my hair again all around and understood that my entire hair shape was ruined by the "stylist". I immediatly returned to the salon, but it was already closed. When I came back 2 days later I had a conversation with the owner. She was very rude in the beginning because she remembered me and understood that I came to point out at their mistakes. I thought she would make a compromise, but instead she behaved as if she didn't understand mine and my husband's complaints and said that she would call to police if we dont leave her property. She refused to return my money back and said that I was happy with my hairlook during my previous visit, which is ridiculous lie!!!! The hairstylist didn't even come over to explain why she did wrong, insead she was making caustic remarks about my claim from another room. And it was in front of other clients that where sitting and waiting for their appointments. I have never ever seen such "great" customer service in my entire life! The worst experience ever!!! As a result I made an appointment with another stylist and she fixed everything after that horrible experience. When I described what happened she was very much shocked by my "haircut" and by all the details of my visit in that salon.

I was pissed and I had too cool off so It wouldn't be full of emotion. -TLDR 2015-2020 Loved this place but starting 2020 till 2023 they were fucking up by eyebrows more then doing them good. I started getting by eyebrows down at hair centric in 2015, LOVED it and was getting my eyebrows waxed CONSISTENTLY (as soon as they were started growing) done from the end of 2015 to mid 2018 and then I would let them grow back before I would get them waxed again. The first time they FUCKED up my eyebrows was 2020 right before the covid lockdown. and ever since then till I stopped going (Augest 2023) they were fucking up my eyebrows or almost letting me walk out with mismatched eyebrows unless I said something even if it was pretty obvious (I know eyebrows aren't going to be twin sisters but they were barley distance cousins) Why did I keep going? 5 years of them doing a great job and knowing other places close by didn't do a good job. They would also do a good job every once in a while so I would HOLD onto that hope but the last time I went they FUCKED up by eyebrow SOOO BAD I had to sit in the car until I stopped crying so I could drive home where I then cried the rest of the day. Even if I would make an appointment they would wait till I was there to heat up the wax so I would have to wait either way. They tried cancelling my appointment 4 minutes after the start time when I walked in at the 5 minute mark (only once did I not show up to an appoinment b/c I though I booked it for a Friday when I actually booked it on a Thursday and I called them to apologize, so it wasn't because I would not show up to appointments)

I've been to many salons in my life and had many stylists do my hair and without a doubt, Casie is my favorite. She does what I ask her to do. She doesn't tell me it's not possible, she doesn't say she doesn't want to do_____ because she doesn't think I will like it, she bleached my hair when I want it bleached, she dyed my hair brown when I wanted to be a brunette.
