I ordered their chicken sandwich and it came with fries in a tin container. I would order it with salad instead since fries got a bit soggy. I have been a member of Chuze Fitness and regularly visit the Grant & Craycroft location, where the employees are always polite, welcoming, and treat every member equally.  Unfortunately, my experience at the Tucson Mall location has been consistently disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff. When entering the gym, the employees at the front desk frequently ignore me. Recently, as I walked in, an employee standing near the entrance actively turned away to look at his phone instead of greeting me. Directly in front of me, staff actively acknowledged and said goodbye to another member, but completely ignored me as I entered and exited. This selective greeting creates an environment that feels unwelcoming and dismissive. Every paying member deserves to be treated with equal courtesy and basic respect, regardless of background or appearance. Chuze Fitness promotes a inclusive, community-focused environment, but the behavior at the Tucson Mall front desk does not reflect those standards.
