Nice spa. In October I went to get a day pass because I live in San Francisco. The guy at the front seemed young, smart and cool. I said I would be visiting for a few days. He convinced that maybe getting the week long pass would be cheaper if I wanted to come a second or third time during my visit. Sounded good to me. Today I just found out I've been being billed 75 bucks a week for three months (we're talking 900 bucks) for one lousy cold plunge. To the management, I hope this gets rectified. Came into town for the tour de Tucson bike race and I was still sore from training. Booked an appointment for one hour for $33 and it was sooooo worth it. Cody, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the various therapies and benefits of each. I started with the sauna then the cold dip then the sauna and then back to the cold dip for 10 freaking minutes at 38°. It was shocking, therapeutic and torture all wrapped into a very cold 10 minutes but wow was it amazing and it worked! I felt great the next day and kicked butt in the race. They're about to open a larger space and I can't wait to try it. 5 outta 5 def recommend. read more

excellent. $40 well spent and has me considering monthly membership for sure. three excellent col plunges of various degrees (including a full body ice bucket!) that were perfect and two great saunas for co trays therapy. they have other things too (biomat and cold compress) but just cycling through the sauna and cold plunge was good sought for me. Maybe a punchcard system at like $30 a punch would entice more use? can't quite bring myself to drop $100 per month for unlimited (but I want too!!!). read more

I took the plunge at tucson cold plunge and loved this experience. Me and my husband booked a one hour session as a drop in for 2 and had access to their ice baths, hot tub, saunas, red light, compression therapy and Biomat. Once changed into our bathing suits, we started with the sauna to warm up then made our way to the ice baths. Shout out to Cody the staff member there that gave us great tips like entering the plunge bottom first, keeping your feet out to start and to focus on exhales.. those tips assisted me so much. After the cold plunge, we entered the hot tub and bounced between the cold plunge and hot tub a few times which made me feel so alive! We then spent some time in the red light followed by some compression and some stretching. We left feeling rejuvenated and accomplished! There are many benefits to the services available here and I definitely suggest everyone try this place out! read more

I was so excited to take my wife here for her birthday!...seeing as we have never done anything like this before. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted by a young woman in a bathing suit who looked like she just got out of the water wrapping herself in towel. She greeted us nicely, however gave a mediocre run down of how things worked and missed a few amenities. I paid for 2hrs because I wanted us to relax and enjoy our first time without being rushed. It was only about an Hour into our session and the jacuzzi stopped getting warm so the young lady had to drain it. It took quite some time to refill and drain so we ended up cutting our time short. Not too mention the bio-mats looked dingy, used and torn. The covers need to be replaced. Just overall not the best experience, I expected a lot more and better customer service. I don't think I will be coming back especially for the price I paid. read more
