Luckily that hasn't happened yet, but there is always a line. I do think they could be better about the maintenance though. The lot leaves enough room for parking and using the gas pumps without getting tangled. The gas prices were higher than we had been seeing on our trip, but not gouging higher. When we asked about our appointment, the employee was rude and unprofessional and told us that there were six people ahead of us. If appointments are being accepted, customers should be able to reasonably expect to be seen around their scheduled time--or at least be informed of a significant delay. Being made to wait and then told there were six people ahead of us was extremely frustrating and felt very disrespectful of our time. Nothing like the mostly mandated self checkout lanes at Smith with long lines waiting to use them just so you can self bag and self checkout at poorly maintained machines. Natural Grocers is a gem. They do add 10% to your total at the end, but it's my understanding they mark everything at their cost and the 10% is just their markup. It's not tax. Food items aren't taxed.
