Dr. Wiley is so kind, compassionate and truly cares for her patients. She is SO gentle and patient with my disabled son. He felt comfortable with her and the team from the minute he stepped in the office. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. She has been able to give him more dental work including cleaning, x-rays and even patience from my son, than anyone else has in his 15 years of trying with other dentists. The way the dentist approached him felt abrupt and insensitive, which caused him to become fearful during what should have been a positive first visit. There was little effort made to help him feel comfortable or safe, and I was not given helpful guidance on how to approach brushing his teeth at this stage. The appointment ended with the dentist walking away in what seemed like frustration, which was concerning. I do want to mention that the hygienist was much kinder and took the time to provide helpful tips after the dentist left, and I appreciated her effort. As a parent, I was hoping for a supportive and reassuring first dental experience for my child, and unfortunately, that was not what we received.

So is Dr. Ramirez--very kind, pleasant, nice…read more They seem to really try to please their customers with kind remarks, quick response to setting up an appointment, and pleasantries during a visit. Dr. Ramirez has some of the latest equipment to do work on your mouth. He ws actually pretty good about giving me injections, and he didn't hurt me much. But my son told me that, when my son said it hurt, that the dentist ignored him, and seemed to become more aggressive commenting about my son being a complainer. My son dislikes what he sees as Dr. Ramirez' distainful attitude toward him and complained every time I set up an appointment for him. But when I returned because my root canal was infected (the first one I've ever had done), they were like deer in the headlights--wide eyed, not responsive. They would not respond at all to my complaint. It almost felt like the Stepford Wives in that they did not even hear me but went about their own plan doing good. It felt like the staff was programmed not to respond to any complaints--almost like the Stepford Wives. The next time, six month later, I complained again. The deer in the headlights came out, and nothing was said. Did you ever see the Stepford Wives? I saw the movie, and these folks were doing the same thing! I kid you not! It seemed almost like any complaints were treated that way on a regular basis. They literally said nothing! They looked at each other with what appeared to be recognition that something was said, but it appeared that nobody really understood me. Suddenly, I was speaking Yiddish or Ainu or Bikya. It was weird, unnerving, and did work to shut me up (for a while). I began wondering if I too was a part of the Stepford system. So for two years, I went on with life with an infected tooth. I tried to comment about my problem to them twice, but they didn't respond, cleaned my teeth, took X-rays, and sent me on my way with a clean dental bill of health. But it hurt, and when I told them, they didn't hear me. Stepford? Nothing at all was said about my infected tooth! Nothing! Stepford seemed to have come to Dixon! I got sicker and sicker in several ways, and I finally went to someone else to redo it. Unfortunately when a person has an infection for more than a year, there are consequences that don't seem to go away quickly. I'm still trying to deal with the health issues that the infected tooth created. I can't see a dentist that is going to ignore my problems. Ignoring an infection and allowing it to become systemic because you don't want to admit there is a problem IS a problem. Back to your regular broadcast. The staff is very pleasant--almost Stepford Wives pleasant.

I have an enormous fear of the dentist and was terrified what I was going to hear after a two year break in between cleanings but I went. Let me just say from someone who never thought they could make it through a cleaning without being sedated, this was the BEST DENTAL experience I have ever had. Hands down. The staff was also incredible! Now I will be making sure I do my cleanings every couple months! I can't believe I waited this long and this great of a dentist has been close by this whole time.

While getting the crown, pain was minimal. Dr. Dhillon does his best to ensure his patient is not in pain and listens and stops if pain arises at any point. The dentist himself also reached out to me separately to apologize on behalf of the office and invited me to give them another chance. I took him up on the offer and decided to schedule again. They were able to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam. The office was a little hard to find initially. Plenty of parking at the location. Office itself is a bit small. Staff is super friendly from receptionists to dental assistant to dentist they were all very friendly and welcoming. X-rays were fast and painless. X-rays were viewed on a laptop by the dentist in detail. Dentist seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. Previous dentists have reported I had cavities that needed to be filled but this dentist did not see any cause of concern. I haven't had any work done here yet but I will schedule a cleaning with this office and see how that goes.

I had never been to this Dentist before, but the entire signing up process was so easy and quick! I was able to get x-rays done as well as my crown cemented back in. The Doctor who worked with me was very professional and honest about the previous work that had been done on my tooth as well as advice for moving forward. The tech was also very kind and informative as well. I highly recommend this Dentist!!
