Tell me your family loves this office without telling me you love this office ? I'm pretty certain our dental insurance was modified and says they are out of our of network - doesn't matter for us . I'll start off by saying before I found this office and staff I used to hate going to the dentist. I had a terrible experience when I was young and upon becoming a patient I was so nervous but quickly found out I was in great hands with everyone! I'll start by saying Dr. Moezi is kind, gentle, honest, and LISTENS. I have had multiple appointments for a few different procedures and have always felt comfortable and even lost the "white coat syndrome" anxiety after my FIRST time going. Also!!! shout out to Jill for being the best dentist hygienist and always making me feel comfortable, having the best conversations and to top it off- making me laugh!). I always feel so comfortable going to my appointments which is kind of insane considering I skipped the dentist for years due to a traumatic event when I was a young teen. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but the doctors and staff at Creekside make it about as enjoyable as possible. I recently had to have a broken filling replaced, and was on a tight schedule. Everyone from the doctor, the assistant, and the front office staff did everything they could to accommodate me. Love them all! Dr. Hamed is wonderful - always personable, knowledgeable, and kind, and I couldn't be happier with her work. Vikkie assisted with ease and made the procedure all the more pleasant. I'm never hesitant about my regular cleanings with Janelle, who is always gentle, yet thorough. And finally, the front office staff keeps everything running smoothly with their friendly smiles and attentiveness. I've always had horrible experiences with dentists and avoided going for several years--until a friend recommended this place. It has completely transformed my dental health and my relationship with going to the dentist. One of the things I love most is that you make your appointment with the person you'll actually be spending the most time with. She takes detailed notes on what I like and don't like, and really listens. I've been coming here for 6 years now, and I can't wait for my oldest child to transfer over. I even asked if the staff had trauma-informed training because they're that good--so kind, aware, and gentle. They said no, they just really love working there and genuinely care about their patients. That says it all. It's also kind of funny--I've told two coworkers how much I love my dentist, and they said the same thing. Turns out, we all go to the same place! One quick note: Don't be scared off by the Delta Dental reimbursement system. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the turnaround time is fast. I have been seeing Dr. Moezi for all of my dental needs for at least two decades. The way he does fillings is like an art! Your tooth will feel the exact same way it did prior to getting a filling. First, I have an extreme phobia of any dental treatment and as a result I have a LOT of dental problems. When it comes to dental work I'm a complete child. I told the Creekside office about this and they were very understanding. I had to have two fragmented teeth removed and a third tooth that had split. Dr. Moezi managed to save the third tooth. Dr. Moezi was absolutely outstanding. He went way beyond to quell my fears and make my visit one of the most stress free and pain free visits I've ever had. If he had been my doctor when I was a kid I'd probably have no phobias. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that everything was pain free. My recovery from the surgery has also been smooth and relatively pain free. I enthusiastically, recommend Creekside to all my friends. Just switch to them after half a lifetime with my old DDS. Check up was awesome, they found a matter of concern my past DDS did not think was a problem. The cleaning was painless! The deep cleaning was great. People are wonderful and always check to see you are doing good. Get this, they give you wrap around sunglasses to make you comfortable under the bright light. I have never had that and have very light sensitive eyes. It was GREAT. And... I kinda have a problem with the probe for the X-rays... so they have a spray they use to numb the mouth and tongue to make it comfortable! 25 years of suffering is now gone. Office staff is THE WORST. I visited their office back on 04/2021 for a consultation, never once received a bill nor did anyone call me. Today I called because I was planning on moving forward with my TEN THOUSAND dollar cosmetic procedure and the lady who works in the office is absolutely horrible!! She lacks every ounce of customer service. She tells me that I never paid a debt and I said I never had a procedure done. She says you had a consultation and we weren't successful in billing your insurance for the consultation. So I asked why she never called me or sent me a letter and I told her I'd be writing a review for how horrible her customer service is and she said "that's fine we'll dispute it'" AND HANGS UP ON ME. I will be letting everyone know to stay away from this office due to her horrible customer service. Very sad because I liked the dentist . read more

Today for example, Dr. Hamed and Hannah were really good sports, putting up with my goofiness through a procedure aimed at taming our pesky friend we affectionately call, "number 14". As usual, the diagnosis, procedure, treatment plan, possible outcomes and future possibilities were all communicated thoroughly and in easy-to-understand terms. The numbness is wearing off and no signs of "bite" issues caused by a malformed filling or any other problems, so I'd call this yet another successful mission! She was completely right in her assessment and from my very first contact (on the phone to make an appointment), Creekside was unlike any other dental practice I had ever seen. The atmosphere is easy-going, friendly, genuinely calm, knowledgeable and professional. Every staff member, assistant, hygienist, and dentist ALL go above and beyond for the patient.
