They FIRST supposed to be there on Friday between 1 - 5. Delivery showed up but the installers said they need us to cut the water off because the pipes were copper. Fine - took 2 minutes. In this two minutes they had gone across the street for another delivery. 4 HOURS later, they still weren't back. Delivery driver said they had something to do that night so - they left. We got on the delivery rotation for Saturday - no show. Then we got on the rotation for Sunday. They finally showed up EARLY, which was fine but we had to hightail it back to meet them. Suggestions: BE ON TIME. DON'T OVERPROMIST AND UNDERDELIVER. WHY HAVE 15 DELIVERS ON ONE TRUCK IN ONE DAY. DON'T lie. Lowes - DO BETTER! we will never buy appliance from Lowe's - NEVER.
