The customer service was great, the sandwiches were amazing, and everything tasted so fresh. I'll definitely be back to try the sushi and some of the other goodies on the menu! Couldn't be more pleased and I am so craving a sando right! :-)

I've been twice to the new location including its soft opening weekend. I would skip the somewhat overpriced spam musubi. It tasted good but it wasn't life-changing, which I sort of expected for the price. The couple times I went, I found the tables to be sticky so I'd watch out for that as well if you're dining in. The fruit sandos are good if that's your thing. I always find them to be too rich with all the cream and this place was no exception. I've tried all the savory sandos on the menu though, and they're solid. You really can't go wrong. The bobas are pretty good but don't compete with the elite boba shops like 3cat or momofuku. The corn hojicha is what I liked the most out of everything I've tried. Finally, service is average to above average. The person behind the register is usually a disinterested teenagers or 20-something employee but an older guy in the back, presumably a manager, tries hard to accommodate customer requests. So hats off to him.

We really enjoyed their #1 Banh Mi sandwich, which was fresh, tasty, and surprisingly healthy, with such a satisfying crunch. The sandwich meat wasn't fatty at all, thank goodness. The sandwich was reasonably priced at around $8 with tax, and it was such a refreshing meal for my boyfriend & me to enjoy in the middle of the summer heat. Not only was our House Special sandwich prepared and served quickly; we originally thought that our House Sprcial Bánh Mi was going be served warm. We were very satisfied with trying their sandwiches for our very firs time! I also noticed that Banh Mi Paris Express also carried to-go drinks, chiken egg rolls and other ready-to-go foods, which makes it especially convenient for busy individuals and families who are always on the go! Forgot to take a photo of our sandwich! Make sure to give this place a try for lunch sometime soon, they typically close at 4pm. Head's up - * there's ample amount of free parking within this shopping plaza, which is such a relief.

The crispy pork belly was indeed crispy even after a drive home. I just wished it had a little more flavor. Lets talk about the vibes first...amazing decor and vibes, decor and walls and atmosphere is very cool and unique I truly love it so much. The staff is very nice, offering suggestions on drinks with big smiles and welcoming energy. Now the drinks and food: the drink I got last time was an iced mocha (no picture but I remember it was very good). This time I went with my mom and we both got the "Moon" drink.. a Chai/Matcha which was such a good drink, I want like a 40oz of it to take with me home for the week. I also ordered the pesto turkey sandwhich to share and I can not express how good this was. Perfectly crispy, juicy and fresh. Took the first bite and literally gasped because not only was the bread toasted to perfection but the veggies and turkey were so flavorful. The veggies and pesto and turkey were also layered in a way that made every bite delectable and that to me is art. Loved it, want more of it and I WILL be back to try more drinks and sandwhiches.

Maybe I didn't order the right thing, or maybe it was just an off day, but I probably wouldn't order that drink again. The picture looks promising but just not it. I actually brought one home for my husband to try as well, and without me even saying anything, he wasn't a fan of it either. I also have to say that when I first walked into the location, I didn't really feel a warm or welcoming vibe. I was hoping to have a better first experience, but unfortunately, between the drink and the overall experience, I don't think I'll be back. Maybe I just need to try something different, but for now, this one just wasn't a hit for us.
