I love Urbane Cafe, specifically their SoCal. I had to post since the portions have not been consistent in this location. In my most recent online order, there was not as much chicken in the sandwich and the side salad portion was very disappointing. Also, the sauce was lacking. Sometimes, the focaccia bread sandwich isn't as hearty. It didn't smell too hot and wasn't very clean. Being that this is the evening time I assume that it had been a long day at the restaurant and they hadn't had a chance to clean the restroom. The food came out and it was decent. We finish our order and left. There was a problem with the drink dispenser so we ended up getting water.
