Medium Pepperoni pizza. Nice thin crust. It was good. I recommend this place.

Ordered a medium pepperoni. Pizza was tasty. Nice thin crust. Was bummed they didn't have the salad bar in operation (or at least a to-go salad they could sell me). Would recommend this place if you're in the area. Parking is weird, there is a second parking lot up the hill and to the left if all the spots in front of the building are taken up.

It's hard to find quality locally owned pizza, and I'm glad DJ's Pizza is an option. I moved away for 15 years and haven't had it since back in the day, I have to say that I was not disappointed at all with the quality, and quantity of toppings. Perfectly cooked with a nice crisp. I ordered 4 different types of pies Meatataria , Combination, Polynesian, and a custom Double pepperoni, double cheese. The only complaint is a personal choice of mine, I like a sweeter sauce. But well worth trying them and making it your regular go to pizza!

    Disgusting never cleaned customer toilet

At first I was planning on leaving 3 stars. The food is mediocre as is every pizza place I've tried in lake county. The toppings were poor quality ham and the crust was slightly burned and tasteless. The staff are very nice. The pizza is affordable. But apparently no one manages the cleaning of the bathroom. And I'm sorry but if your toilet looks like that then wtf does your kitchen look like? Gross. I'm blaming management for this. There is literally crap on the walls

This is our second time ordering at DJ Pizza we enjoyed eating it definitely Yummy

Insanely greasy and a little pricey with option limitations. Doesn't come close to Pogo's in quality but it's not the worst I've had.

Mind you that I have never in my entire life ever left a restaurant without paying. I'm no teenager so definitely can pay what I owe. And in fact, in the last few visits, have generously tipped the old mill staff at minimum 20-25%. When I chose to give them $100 to cover the bill they accused me of not paying the last time...they at first refused then proceeded to tell me the truth...that the machine they were using the night I was accused of not paying was not working and they had encountered multiple problems with different patrons that night...and many other payments had not gone through. In fact, they said after that they were forced to replace the entire system. So I ask, if you knew it was your system...why would you then accuse a patron of purposely not paying the bill. I stayed to eat. I even tipped extra. But after I left, I realized the situation put a distaste in my mouth. Hopefully the server and mgmt learn not to blame a Patti for their bad machine/system. That was in poor taste. That approach made the food tasted mediocre after that. Next time I'll think twice before I choose to come again.

We got there at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was life-changing. We got the Diavola pizza and a kids pepperoni pizza which in itself could've been an adult pizza and I honestly think this is the best pizza I've had. It was so good that we had to come back the next day for lunch. We showed up at 11:30 again and got the chopped salad and the bee sting pizza. My partner and I looked at each other the entire time we were eating and kept quietly mouthing "Oh my God this is so good" as we ate in silent awe. There was a corn and peach salad on the menu but it was sold out which actually broke my heart but I think this place is one of the few places I would make the 2 hour drive out for... so worth it

We were really excited to go here after reading some of the reviews. Alas, it did NOT remotely live…read moreup to those reviews. We had two things: Prosciutto & Fungi Pizza and Diavola Fish & Chips. Overall, the service was decent. However, the food let us down pretty drastically. First off, the pizza. While the toppings were okay, the prosciutto had _very_ little taste, and the crust was quite tough. The gluten seemed overworked or something. We do make our own pizza dough at home, and while learning, I've run into this before. For the price they're charging, this is really unacceptable. Second, the Fish & Chips. It was advertised as battered cod with shrimp and fried oysters, along with some tempura onion rings. I hadn't had fried oysters in quite a while, so this one caught my attention on the menu. When I got it, I literally thought they'd forgotten to put the fish on it. All of the meats were scattered amongst the homemade-looking fries. Technically, the fries were tasty, if a little cold. There were two tiny pieces of fish, maybe 2.5" long, two shrimp, two fried oysters, and three incredibly thin onion rings. The batter was oily and inconsistent. One piece of fish had batter on it that wasn't even cooked. This is typically caused by oil that isn't at temperature or by overcrowding the pot, which lowers the oil temperature. None of the batter was crunchy, except one of the oysters, which was cooked way more than the rest. The onion rings were floppy, soggy, and, as mentioned, extremely thin. And the batter itself was completely under-seasoned. It really had very little taste at all. Given the small amounts of the ingredients other than fries, calling this meager would be an understatement. The ambiance was groovy enough, though a little loud. You could feel a bit of the building's history, which was cool.
