    Crab & Uni Spaghettini

We were greeted right away and sat at a window seat. It's a lively place and usually bustling.Their pizza is terrific, but their other dishes are too. The mussels were to die for. We wanted to drink the sauce from the bowl. Almost did! The spaghetti with crab and uni was delectable. We also had chicken under a brick and a beet salad. We shared every last bite as it was all so good. This is one of our faves in this area.

Insane crazy gem in the middle of a really cool town. Came to visit Healdsburg on a rainy weekend when the sunset was at 5. We eventually found this place on Yelp, then took a peek in. It's a quaint place and everything seems really homegrown. We bought three pizzas but the Margherita really stood out to me. It's thin crust and I kind of like it that way. The beer selection was decent, and the service was nice! I really appreciated their recommendations. One thing that was really special though was their "secret" menu. There was this spaghettini with tripe that absolutely blew us away. We couldn't get enough of this dish which was crazy considering this was supposed to be a pizza joint! Overall a really fun experience and I'll definitely come back when I come visit the areas wineries again.

Pizza Margherita and Risotto - both delicious!

The Diavola Pizza love continues! Three of us recently popped in for lunch on a Sunday and got seated inside right away (love when there's no wait...but if there is a wait, it's worth it!). Lunch is served from 11:30-3:00pm! We started with the breadsticks and iced teas, and shared 2 chopped salads: Diavola Chop Salad Chicory, Local Greens, Salami, Butter Beans, Pepperoncini, Oregano, Pecorino, Bacon, Pickled Onions, Gorgonzola & Red Wine Vinaigrette *one of my all-time favorite salads, chock full of fresh, flavorful ingredients One friend enjoyed the fish tacos, which looked delicious. Two of us shared the special pizza (forget the name but tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, salami, honey honey...sweet, savory, spicy, delicious!)! And we ordered a simple white pie with sausage to go. The pizza crust is thin and light, and lightly charred. Cooked to perfection. So many pizza options to choose from - you can't go wrong. Dreaming of another pizza and looking forward to our next Diavola visit!!!

    Very fun ambiance!

First off, what a charming little town! We swung by on a Friday afternoon and were welcomed by a super friendly host who informed us there was a 25-minute wait, which was totally fine. We took a stroll through the small strip, checking out a few art sight-seeing spots. When our table was ready, we ordered the Fritto Misto di Paranza. I'm really thankful our waitress suggested it since it was our first visit and we were unsure what the item was since the item names were in italian. The Fritto Misto di Paranza is essentially fried calamari, and I think it's the best calamari I've ever had! The spicy marinara and lemon aioli together create this amazing, refreshing, zesty flavor that pairs perfectly with the crispy calamari. For our pizzas, we went with the King Kamehameha and the Bambino. The King Kamehameha was a fantastic take on a Hawaiian pizza; the jalapenos added a nice kick, the pineapple pieces were roasted just right, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The Bambino was incredibly fluffy and packed with flavor. For drinks, I ordered an Aperol Spritz while my husband opted for an IPA. I have to mention that the first round of IPA wasn't a full 16 oz glass; it was more like a 14 oz serving, which was disappointing, but the second round was much better!

walked in on a saturday and waited about 20 mins though they had plenty of empty high tops. diavola's pizza is doughy to the point that in some bites it feels almost uncooked. stracciatella on top adds creamy and at times stringy texture. only miss is we ordered a vodka pizza, would order a tomato base next time

I love, love, love Diavola!!! Every time I come here the food is always amazing. The service can be a bit of a hit or miss at times and slow but the food is so worth it. Diavola is one of those hidden gems that not that many people know about. Part of me wants to gatekeep it part of me feels everyone should experience the pizza at least once lol. 100/10!

    One happy kid

Pizza was best I've ever had in all the years I've been coming. Servers were happy to be there place packed- had a total gem of a server. Please tell her thank you. Bartender perfect. People in the back all dominating the oven, pizza was a 10. Soft serve for the kids afterwards. Can't wait to come back. Every employee was on point give them a kudos please.

I loved this place! The atmosphere is amazing and the employees made us feel so welcomed. I got 2 pizzas and both were delicious! I loved their sauce and crust, absolutely delicious! I can definitely tell all ingredients are high quality. I will definitely be returning

After visiting the Silver Oak Tasting Room we made our way to Diavola Pizzeria based on the suggestion of the team member at S.O. It was a short drive to Gyserville and parking was a snap. I am definitely enjoying the whole Napa experience in during the off season. You enter a large comfortable looking restaurant and we were immediately greeted by the hostess. She brought us over to the large side room for seating. Just a few seconds later our waitress came over and took our drink and food order. It was very simple since we were just having a pizza. After a short wait they brought over a tremendous looking Margherita Pizza. I mean, this pie looked great. My wife and I really enjoy the brick oven pizzas, the nice-thin-crispy-crust and tasty sauce and cheese. This pie was perfect. Plenty of crunch in the crust with a delicious topping of sauce and cheese. We finished then headed out for the rest of our day's excursions. KUDOS's to the team at Diavola Pizzeria

A longtime favorite when I'm in the area, Diavola never fails to satisfy. I have to admit I've only ever had the salads and pizza, but I have to be honest - that alone is worth the visit. For a tiny little town, this place packs it in with people from all over the area. we were there before the dinner hour, and business was quite brisk. The ambience is perfect for me, brick walls, eclectic decor, an open kitchen with a wood fired oven, a bar that I've eaten at several times, the bar area, dining room, and a side dining room as well. Service is impeccable and attentive and kind! Everyone is always kind. By the glass or by the bottle is inviting. This is not your typical restaurant wine list, and certainly because it is in Alexander Valley and right across from Dry Creek Valley - there are a number of local choices as well as Italian wines available - mostly by the bottle. By the glass, I had a rosé of Grenache from Dry Creek Valley. With my pizza, I had a Sangiovese from Dry Creek Valley as well. You have to try the Diavola pizza. Arugula, meatball, red pepper. Provolone cheese. Such a fantastic combination. The dough does not appear to be sourdough - which is fine when I have it, but I really prefer this if given a choice. The dough stands out, and all of the toppings are fresh and delicious. Also not to miss is the radicchio salad. With shaved Parmesan, this dish is great to share or to eat on your own. They have soft serve Strauss organic ice cream if you'd like some for dessert, or just "to go". This place is worth the trip. From anywhere! But especially if you're in the area, don't miss it.

Came here specifically for their pizza. Food is amazing with a variety to choose from not just pizza as well as a good amount of wine and beer. Service is excellent, it does get busy not sure if reservations can be made. Ambiance is casual and as far as noice it is noisy. Definitely a 5 star restaurant

A gem located outside of the big cities. I dined here along with a number of work colleagues and was very impressed with the experience. We were at a nearby glamping site and looking for dinner options when we discovered Diavola Pizzeria. Upon arrival, they were very gracious, able to quickly accommodate a large party of 16 people. The service was incredibly quick, serving water, drinks, taking orders, and providing any other assistance we needed with little to no delay. The overall vibes of the restaurant were nice as well. We were able to see clearly into the kitchen as the staff were baking pizzas and cooking up pasta which was quite entertaining. And the main attraction, the food was 10 out of 10. As a huge part of 16, we ordered a huge variety of dishes, primarily pizzas. As a native New York City resident who has tried countless top tier pizza restaurants, I can say with confidence Diavola Pizzeria can easily compete with the best NYC has to offer. The food was so delicious, I ended up eating any and all left overs the rest of my teammates could not, ending the night having consumed nearly 2 whole pizzas, an entire pasta dish, some appetizers, and a healthy amount of tiramisu. Normally not a huge eater, I couldn't help but indulge when great food was on the table.

    Roasted Beet Salad

Popular place and no reservations. Once we were seated, service was excellent; attentive without being overwhelming. We shared the roasted beet salad, spaghettini with pork and the Bambi pizza. Probably too much for the two of us, but we made it through. All were good. I particularly like the spaghetti. Pizza was good but not particularly special. Somewhat loud, but not unable to have a reasonable conversation. Went for the Michelin recognition. I'm not sure I would go that far but still worth trying.

Diavola Pizzeria Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Diavola Pizzeria

    Can you make online reservations?

Diavola does not normally take reservations, however from their website "For reservation requests, please call the restaurant during our business hours from 11:30-9pm at 707-814-0111)"

Do they have different menus for lunch and dinner? Are reservations a must?

This is definitely a hot spot so reservations are a must! Check the website for menu offerings, I'm guessing some items are available at both seatings, but not all.

    What is the Corkage fee?

Yes. But if you buy wine from one of the local stores they waive the fee.

We also got the Steak and ordered it medium rare, when it came to us and it was closer to blue/rare the server/bartender didn't hesitate to apologize and in a flash take it back. The cooks remade it and it was perfectly medium rare with that nice browning on the outside and a small bit it pink in the center.
