Hubby and I have been eating here since they opened (after meeting the chef's wife serving at Seghesio) and a visit to the area isn't complete without a pizza from Diavola. Amazing! Also appreciate they allow dogs in the back patio.

Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria in Geyserville was outstanding! We waited quite a while, but it was definitely worth it. The pizza, pasta, and salad were all amazing, and the staff did a great job. Highly recommend stopping here if you're coming through the area. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for a birthday dinner and had a great time, the place was super cute. My family ordered pizza, salad and pasta. The King Kamehameha was a little soggy in the middle, but the flavors still hit -- sweet caramelized pineapple, tangy pickled jalapeños, and all that smoky, salty meat made every bite worth it. The Bee Sting was the star: spicy, sweet, creamy, and savory all at once. The honey and serranos with ricotta and cured meats were insanely addictive. The Diavola Chop Salad tied everything together -- crisp, tangy, and bold enough to stand up to the rich pizzas. I wish I could tell you more about all we ordered but this is all I tried that night. We'll definitely come ba to try other dish on the menu.

We were craving Pizza while we were in Healdsburg and Diaola Pizzeria popped up in our Yelp search. Was excited after reading the reviews and to our surprise, its a really short drive from Healdsburg. Stopped in around 1pm on a Tuesday and was told there's a 35-40 minute wait despite seeing some empty tables along with some customers wrapping up their dining and walking out, but yet it looked like we were the only ones waiting for a table. Felt kind of weird but we decided to check out the surrounding businesses, which wasn't much to look at so we were back within 10 minutes, waiting awkwardly by the entrance. Staff was friendly with multiple people asking if we've been helped. I was just looking forward to having a cold beer and a nice salty pizza. We wanted to make the most of our time in the area so we just opted to get some food to go, which was only a 15 minute wait for this option. Spaghettini w/ Pork Cheek Ragu - DELICIOUS and RICH! Amatriciana - great combo of toppings and flavors Cheese pizza - my daughter is boring when it comes to food but she devoured a half pizza by herself. Didnt even get a chance to take any pics of the food because we were starving.

Insane crazy gem in the middle of a really cool town. Came to visit Healdsburg on a rainy weekend when the sunset was at 5. We eventually found this place on Yelp, then took a peek in. It's a quaint place and everything seems really homegrown. We bought three pizzas but the Margherita really stood out to me. It's thin crust and I kind of like it that way. The beer selection was decent, and the service was nice! I really appreciated their recommendations. One thing that was really special though was their "secret" menu. There was this spaghettini with tripe that absolutely blew us away. We couldn't get enough of this dish which was crazy considering this was supposed to be a pizza joint! Overall a really fun experience and I'll definitely come back when I come visit the areas wineries again.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Mendocino. Very cute inside. The 6 of us got 2 salads & 2 pizzas to share. It was all amazing. The staff was were helpful and friendly.

Pizza Margherita and Risotto - both delicious!

The Diavola Pizza love continues! Three of us recently popped in for lunch on a Sunday and got seated inside right away (love when there's no wait...but if there is a wait, it's worth it!). Lunch is served from 11:30-3:00pm! We started with the breadsticks and iced teas, and shared 2 chopped salads: Diavola Chop Salad Chicory, Local Greens, Salami, Butter Beans, Pepperoncini, Oregano, Pecorino, Bacon, Pickled Onions, Gorgonzola & Red Wine Vinaigrette *one of my all-time favorite salads, chock full of fresh, flavorful ingredients One friend enjoyed the fish tacos, which looked delicious. Two of us shared the special pizza (forget the name but tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, salami, honey honey...sweet, savory, spicy, delicious!)! And we ordered a simple white pie with sausage to go. The pizza crust is thin and light, and lightly charred. Cooked to perfection. So many pizza options to choose from - you can't go wrong. Dreaming of another pizza and looking forward to our next Diavola visit!!!

We were greeted right away and sat at a window seat. It's a lively place and usually bustling.Their pizza is terrific, but their other dishes are too. The mussels were to die for. We wanted to drink the sauce from the bowl. Almost did! The spaghetti with crab and uni was delectable. We also had chicken under a brick and a beet salad. We shared every last bite as it was all so good. This is one of our faves in this area.

Backyard tables are better than the indoor tables.

Amazing food, anything you order in the menu is very well thought out by the chefBeets salad is my favorite. Look for the special menu in the back.

    Very fun ambiance!

First off, what a charming little town! We swung by on a Friday afternoon and were welcomed by a super friendly host who informed us there was a 25-minute wait, which was totally fine. We took a stroll through the small strip, checking out a few art sight-seeing spots. When our table was ready, we ordered the Fritto Misto di Paranza. I'm really thankful our waitress suggested it since it was our first visit and we were unsure what the item was since the item names were in italian. The Fritto Misto di Paranza is essentially fried calamari, and I think it's the best calamari I've ever had! The spicy marinara and lemon aioli together create this amazing, refreshing, zesty flavor that pairs perfectly with the crispy calamari. For our pizzas, we went with the King Kamehameha and the Bambino. The King Kamehameha was a fantastic take on a Hawaiian pizza; the jalapenos added a nice kick, the pineapple pieces were roasted just right, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The Bambino was incredibly fluffy and packed with flavor. For drinks, I ordered an Aperol Spritz while my husband opted for an IPA. I have to mention that the first round of IPA wasn't a full 16 oz glass; it was more like a 14 oz serving, which was disappointing, but the second round was much better!

walked in on a saturday and waited about 20 mins though they had plenty of empty high tops. diavola's pizza is doughy to the point that in some bites it feels almost uncooked. stracciatella on top adds creamy and at times stringy texture. only miss is we ordered a vodka pizza, would order a tomato base next time

I love, love, love Diavola!!! Every time I come here the food is always amazing. The service can be a bit of a hit or miss at times and slow but the food is so worth it. Diavola is one of those hidden gems that not that many people know about. Part of me wants to gatekeep it part of me feels everyone should experience the pizza at least once lol. 100/10!

    Lots of seating here

After visiting the Silver Oak Tasting Room we made our way to Diavola Pizzeria based on the suggestion of the team member at S.O. It was a short drive to Gyserville and parking was a snap. I am definitely enjoying the whole Napa experience in during the off season. You enter a large comfortable looking restaurant and we were immediately greeted by the hostess. She brought us over to the large side room for seating. Just a few seconds later our waitress came over and took our drink and food order. It was very simple since we were just having a pizza. After a short wait they brought over a tremendous looking Margherita Pizza. I mean, this pie looked great. My wife and I really enjoy the brick oven pizzas, the nice-thin-crispy-crust and tasty sauce and cheese. This pie was perfect. Plenty of crunch in the crust with a delicious topping of sauce and cheese. We finished then headed out for the rest of our day's excursions. KUDOS's to the team at Diavola Pizzeria

Ask the Community - Diavola Pizzeria

    Can you make online reservations?

Diavola does not normally take reservations, however from their website "For reservation requests, please call the restaurant during our business hours from 11:30-9pm at 707-814-0111)"

Do they have different menus for lunch and dinner? Are reservations a must?

This is definitely a hot spot so reservations are a must! Check the website for menu offerings, I'm guessing some items are available at both seatings, but not all.

    What is the Corkage fee?

Yes. But if you buy wine from one of the local stores they waive the fee.

Next, your link via Google told us making a reservation was an unauthorized action and blocked us as well. So, we called. No one answered of course so we left a message. Despite the recording's assurances our call would be quickly returned, it wasn't. And not just quickly, but ever. But there is a silver lining here, we ended up trying another restaurant we'd been talking about for months. It was great. We'd be happy to come back to Rustic once the obstacles are removed.

Love the ricotta, the goat cheese, parmesan and herbs. It just doesn't get any better than this. The Domenica's sauce stole the show though. This sauce is magic! The girls that helped us out were both friendly but we ended up asking for the Happy Hour menu 3 times before we actually got one. We decided to split the Happy Hour Pepperoni pizza bites and Bucatini Amatriciana. The pizza was a good portion, especially for the $8 price tag but the portion size on the pasta was a little small. The pizza and past were both very good but the pork on the pasta was mostly just big chunks of fat. I thought they were pieces of artichoke hearts at first. The best thing about our experience was Jesus. I believe he is the bar manager here. He happened to be standing off to the side of the bar when he heard me ask the bartender a question about the Carajillo Old Fashioned. I like coffee drinks, even though I don't drink coffee, but I find the Carajillo a bit one note. He explained about the layer of flavors in the drink and it convinced me to give it a try. It was indeed good. Then I noticed a bottle of Suze amaro at the end of the bar and I mentioned how I had heard about this Amaro and always wanted to try it. I asked Jesus to come up with a drink using Suze and he ended up making a kind of Suze French 75 that was very interesting. Overall great experience but Jesus was what made it really special.

The hostess said we could pick our table and she would follow us with menus, which she did. Water and glasses were delivered, I think by the hostess immediately. Then we waited.... For at least 10 minutes. Then another two people were seated next to us. They were given water and menus and we all waited for a server to come by to ask for our drink order at least and maybe appetizers. After another 10 minutes I got up to ask the nearest employee if there was a waiter assigned to our table. That person happened to be one of the bartenders who was standing near the host table. He said he would take our order. He did not seem happy he would need to do that as it was not his area, but he did. The waiter is the only reason this review gets two stars instead of one star. I would give zero if I could, but the waiter did his best and ended up taking over that whole inside section of the restaurant. By the end of the meal he mentioned a worker had called in sick, which I think must be why nobody had our section? I have to say that the entire meal we watched a few other employees just standing around doing nothing, maybe shuffling silverware around or wiping counters down. Half the time they were just talking between themselves as we look around trying to make eye contact to get a workers attention that we need something. This was especially obvious to us during the twenty minutes we waited for somebody to come take our drink order. These employees were no more than 15 feet from us. So after the waiter took our drink order, he took the drink order for the two people who were seated next to us that had arrived 10 minutes after us. They received their drinks first. Ours' came shortly after. They were just fair. I usually order two drinks, but my margarita was just not even good enough for me to finish so I only ordered one. We ordered a Caesar salad which was fine. And a lasagna. My wife and I were sharing. The lasagna was luke warm with a cold spot in the middle. So it clearly wasn't freshly baked, rather it had been heated up in a microwave, just not enough. It tasted fine, but was nothing to write home about. The restaurant seems very poorly managed with mostly untrained staff. The restaurant won't last long if this is normal. We won't be back. My suggestion would be hire a new manger, completely revamp and retrain all staff with a focus on consistent customer service and food quality. General rules of thumb for great restaurants- 1. Waiter stops by to greet the customer and take a drink order about a minute after being seated and drinks come out within 5 minutes. This was not done. 2. Waiter stops by every 5-7 minimum to check if you need anything like drinks or more food. 3. At Italian restaurant, as food is served ask the customer if they would like fresh ground pepper, grated Parmesan or Romano cheese, or maybe red pepper flakes. 4. After food is placed, the waiter checks in after 2 minutes to ask how everything tastes. If there are complaints the waiter should be eager to address them. After the shift, whatever the problem is should be addressed with the kitchen staff and manager and a plan for how to improve so that this doesn't happen again should be put in place. Do these things and a restaurant is well on its way to being full and profitable.
