Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! Car was clean and looked better than new. Don't go to a collision shop for paintless dent removal, go to Miromax. The took the truck apart, gave them an estimate. Gerber tells me they will not fix it, I have to take it somewhere else. I show up to pick up my truck and the bumper is missing, the tailight is missing. I even gave them a new one. Anyway, they tell me it is going to cost almost 200 bucks to reassemble the bumper and put the taillight in. Mind you they put the old one back in. I had my Vehicles fixed here before, this time I was treated straight up like sh@t. The guy who put it back together was pleasant polite and the place don't deserve as good of a guy as he is. D'Arcy highly recommended CP Concepts and said tthey were the only Hyundai certified shop. They were not a "preferred shop" for our insurance, but they truly worked in the best interest of the customer and did not settle for some of the parts the insurance company suggested. The staff there is very diligent, persistent and great at calling to give us updates. I think they filed nearly a dozen "revisions" with our insurace company. Because of that it took a little longer, but we got our car back looking and working like new, and we have the satisfaction that the work was done correctly! I had never heard of CPuntil D'Arcy recommended them, but I would highly recommend them!

We were given a price for a vehicle and were made to wait with the understanding that this was the price we were dealing with. Daryl then changed the price. When I questioned the difference and showed him the information that HE had printed, instead of acknowledging it, he told me that I "couldn't read it correctly." Once I showed him exactly what was printed on the paperwork, his response changed to, "I have to make a profit." That statement told me everything I needed to know. If the original price was incorrect, that should have been explained honestly from the beginning--not after we had waited and were prepared to move forward with the purchase. Changing the price and then attempting to make the customer believe they misunderstood clearly printed information is unacceptable. What concerned me even more was the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. Based on the totality of the interaction, I personally felt that there was a racial component to the disrespect and dismissiveness I experienced. I do not make that statement lightly. As a consumer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and for a business owner to stand behind the information he provides. I received none of that here. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly warn others against doing business with Daryl or this establishment. If you do choose to deal with this business, I would advise getting every price and representation in writing and reviewing everything carefully before agreeing to anything. I cannot recommend this business, and I personally would not do business with him!
