Erik replaced…read morethe bumper on my brand new truck with a lifetime warranty, OEM bumper after a hit and run, but when it started rusting, he refused to warranty it even when presented with the paperwork. He made several excuses as to why he wouldn't replace it, most having to do with his business being slow and him not having money. He didn't seem bothered at all that he wasn't going to honor his work and have some integrity. Ironically & rather strangely, he actually boasted about property he'd bought in Tennessee or Kentucky & about an expensive rifle he'd just built... So money clearly wasn't that tight and he's still in business today. His ratings are surprisingly good, but potential customers should know the type of person & business they'd be dealing with in terms of parts/work warranty. Lady came out and looked at it and then took my info and I was told I would get an email with my estimate. Week or 2 goes by and I still haven't gotten an email. I called and was told the lady who does the estimate will call me back and they took my info again. Still have yet to receive an email or a call back after another 2 weeks. I would have rather have been told they're not interested in doing the work or can't do it rather than be avoided/ignored. Not the service I was expecting from such a big name in town. I'll find another body shop who actually wants my business.

How is that an appropriate thing to say to a customer whose car YOU have had for over three months? Then he admitted he's "too busy" to keep track of and call his customers. Three+ months of excuses, almost no communication, and an arrogant manager who acts like the CUSTOMER is the problem for wanting answers and their car back. If management is "too busy" to keep track of customers and doesn't consider a vehicle sitting in their shop for months to be their problem, that tells you everything you need to know. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place.
