Overall, I would definitely recommend using this service and I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews. I almost didn't contact them. But glad I did. I requested a quote and they responded quite quickly. Sent me a quote and honored the flat rate even though it took longer than expected but appreciated the thoroughness. They arrived on time. Which is a plus. Sent 1 lady which was fine cuz it's a small apt. They brought their own supplies and equipment. I called 4 diff services and all complained about the parking, cuz I'm on West Hollywood but these guys just said OK to everything. Just seemed very accommodating. I almost doubted it. Lol I followed her with doing detail work, like wipe down my trash lid. Stuff like that. It's great to be the assistant and she did the heavy lifting. I had a cat so this was a tough job!! My house was clean already. I asked for detailed cleaning. She said she new exactly what I meant. I felt comfortable. When they left I was shocked. Dovie did the kitchen is was good. But she had a helped do the rest of the entire house. She missed dusting one room. Did touch a desk area and I wanted the blinds dusted and she never touched them. I paid for a detailed $160. They were 4 hours late and stayed 2.5 hours. I'm so disappointed I want my money back. read more

Wow! 10 years in business and only 8 reviews. Most bad. Says a lot. Hired DLS, 2 cleaners. Had to shift time because of double booking. They were late. One was ok. One had no business cleaning anything. She had no desire or skill. She did not have a mask on (this IS in the MIDDLE of the COVID-19 pandemic) The first thing she cleaned was the kitchen sink! They brought some supplies but were clueless about Bona floor cleaner for wood floors. We have had reglur cleaning services for over 30 years. I witnessed the most inefficient wast of 3 hours ever! The owner called same day to get feed back and I told her I would not be rebooking and gave her honest feedback to help her correct the problem. She asked if i would reconsider if she sent 2 different people. I agreed. I am a reasonable person. I belive in second chances. Texed and called all day Friday, before my Monday appointment to confirm. She finally returned my call at 7:20 PM! She told me she was double booked for Monday and only had the same 2 people that we EXPLICITLY talked about NOT doing the cleaning! As I was reminding her about our previous conversation SHE HUNGUP ON ME! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED--DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I want to add that Kristen, was the incompetent above. She also started the self clean program on my Miele oven without removing the racks. The rack. would have been ruined. Had no idea what she was doing. She used a chemical cleaner on my soapstone countertops taking off the finish (see photo). She used the same chemical to clean a coupel of glasses in the sink. Later when we used the coffe cup we could taste the chemicles! Kristen did the worst job I haver seen on the stainless appliances. The other worker came in behind her and redid the job. And Kristen was obvious. The owner had zero empathy for this and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. She has no business sense, and a terrible attitude. Never use these people! Note the response I just received from the company. Rather than addressing any of my concerns and evidence of their lack of basic common sense, totally inept staff, and the pattern of deceit evidenced by other Yelp complaints, she deflects and attacked me. If you needed any more evidence that theses people don't care about what the are doing I think you have your answer. I canceled after the owner and worker couldn't get it together! I was suppose to have had 2 house cleaning person's only 1 came when I called owner she gave me some excuse but come to find out she only has one worker for the whole company. Not enough supplies the worker didn't know what she was supposed to do because the owner didn't explain to her I had deep cleaning scheduled for today. She was frustrated and so was I it was not the workers fault. so it took them a whole hour to find out what they were going to do and I told them I'm counseling she can leave thanks but no thanks! Don't waste your money with this company... it's so tacky for owner of a business to come on and talk about a customer. I got that information from your worker that you don't have any other employees. If my house was so filthy why didn't you bring your ass down to LA like you said you was from palmdale, and help your employee to do the work. Dovie the owner was on FaceTime with me and saw the work I wanted done. So, You Dovie, gave me the "Cleaning Price" of $180.00 I didn't set that price you did...if my house is so Nasty! You seen each room + bathrooms and kitchen you yourself told your worker that's a nice house it's kept up that's not much to do. So, for your records my daughter and sister was here when we were on FaceTime I'll let them tell the people on Yelp! I started using DLS cleaning services about a month ago and they are wonderful! Tiffany is my primary cleaner at DLS services and she does an excellent job on my place. She is honest and let's me know if anything in my home needs attending to which I absolutely appreciate. Also, they are efficient and show up when they say they are going to show. I appreciated that the owner called us back very quickly to quote us a rate that was affordable, but she failed to deliver on what was expected. We were told two cleaners would arrive on our scheduled day for a deep clean of our condo which would take 3 hours. A day or two before our cleaning appointment she called and asked if she could reschedule for later in the day because she had double booked another client. We told her a later time would not work for us because we had a tight schedule to keep. On the day of the cleaning, only one cleaning person arrived with very little cleaning supplies on hand. She told us her boss had split the cleaning team to accommodate us and the other client who was booked after us. Our cleaning person didn't have much to actually clean with but we had extra supplies we let her use. I had to ask the cleaning gal to redo some areas that needed more attention and I generally felt that she was rushed. The job took an extra 2 hours - making us late for our next appointment. I don't blame the cleaning gal - she worked hard and was polite but her boss should have known better and not double booked her staff after we were promised two cleaning crew members. It was a two- person job and following through on your word matters. I would not use this service again. read more

At 9 AM I get a text saying that they will be there at 12, no reason or apology in the text message, as if that was normal and ok to just show up 3 hours after your appointment. I've seen some of the poor reviews, and I think it might depend on who comes to clean. We were happy to have two cleaners come out for our first service with DLS. They were super friendly! I was skeptical at first, and definitely went around and checked after they left. I thought they did a great job (and we have two kids and pets). I loved that they got to our kitchen cabinets, and some other places I don't always get to because I'm so busy. I have had cleaners who were more attentive and detailed oriented, yes, but for the price and what I needed done I feel they did awesome. I have booked them again last minute because someone is visiting and I don't have much time before they arrive to clean. They happily booked me for the NEXT DAY! I will definitely update my review if things don't go as well this time, or if things improve! I'm betting they'll do a great job.
