The kitchen and bathrooms needed some extra attention, but the rest only required basic cleaning. We have had this apartment cleaned many times before, and it normally takes around 2-3 hours, so we scheduled 3 hours this time. After almost 3 hours, the cleaners had not even completed half of the work. I was honestly shocked by how slowly they were working. What was even more surprising was that they themselves said they needed around 5 hours to finish. They initially recommended 4 hours, but based on their progress, it was clear that even 4 hours would likely not be enough. I was not willing to keep paying for several additional hours when the apartment was already relatively clean and the work was progressing at such a slow pace, so I ended the service after the original 3 hours. I understand that cleaning time can vary, but needing around 5 hours for a 1,500 sq. ft. apartment that had already been lightly cleaned by the tenants was completely unreasonable based on our previous experience.
