a lot of miscommunication issues. I had asked for wall cleaning as an example and it was not done and was told after the fact that it was not part of the normal cleaning cycle. I also thought it was one flat rate and the house would be clean, but i was told it would depend on the time they took doing the work, that would have been fine, but was not what i had understood. I specifically said the house should be cleaned like someone is moving in. to me that would include washing walls etc... so the whole house would be cleaned for a new renter. The tops of the cabinets in the kitchen were not touched, they are really dirty still, there was a garbage bin in behind the bin there was quite a bit of dirt, and of course like most of the place the walls were dirty. I paid 504 dollars for that work and i am really unhappy. I have to find another cleaner to finish the work, like walls, tops of cabinets etc... If it were hourly then fine, but i really thought it was a flat rate, and thats what i used as criteria to pick a cleaner. I wont use them again unless the next cleaner is as bad. I dont think they go out of their way to be bad actors but my experience was not good. read more

I have been a client for many years. And it goes without saying that Fred and the staff from 3 Maids have made my life infinitely easier. The cleaning staff members are reliable and hard working. Initially, my home was serviced twice a month but as I realized I wasn't making that much of a mess, I reduced the service to monthly. This cleaning service was never great, but they showed up on time, they were quick and did a decent job if I left specific notes for them. But I should have cancelled their service when they tried to raise my rate to $145 per visit. They make a big deal out of being bonded and insured, but now I am not sure. The other review is so true! Terrible service. The last time the "3 maids" were here, they broke an expensive collectible in our dining room. I immediately called the owner, Fred and even sent him photos. He told me he would talk to the maids and call me back. Now it is 3 days since the disturbing destruction of my property and I have not heard back. I have immediately terminated their services. What type of business breaks a person's property and never apologies or takes responsibility??? Try another company because this one clearly does not take care of their customers. read more

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have a two bedroom apartment and one bedroom is completely filled with junk which they did not clean at all, nor did I ask them to. For a 1 bedroom place, they charged me $240 for a "two hour job" that should have taken 3 people 1 hour at the maximum. The kitchen was clean when they got here, I was hoping they would just clean the bathrooms and dust the bedrooms. Worst experience ever, and sadly a scam. The idea of three maids working in one hour what you'd normally pay two maids for two hours to do is nice and novel, but the fact is, they ALWAYS take two hours, or enough to round up to two, so you end up paying for SIX man hours instead of four. I work full time and so it was difficult for me to really clean my house well. They have been such a reliable cleaning service, I am truly feel comfortable leaving them alone in my house every week. They do a thorough job cleaning my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. I have used their service for over 2 years now, every week. I couldn't imagine a better team cleaning my home.This service is definitely worth the cost. I would never go back to doing it all on my own. read more

Used them in a few occasions (3 so far) for a 1 bedroom apartment. They get the job well done, usually 1 hour the first time the place was really messy took 2 hours. Is not the cheapest out there but never had a bad experience so far and they are good at keeping their appointments. read more

I am a neighbor to this work place. And it is a real pain in A$$ that they use the street residential parking for their employees. I came home today and this woman was switching cars in front of my house. She leaves it over night and we are left without a parking spot for our home. To make matters worse the establishment has an entire parking lot and they don't park their company cars in it. I am a very disappointed neighbor and ask for them to look elsewhere to park their cars so that the actual residents can have a place to park. read more

We use 3 maids twice a month for our office cleaning. There always on time and they seem to do an efficient job cleaning our office. from reorganizing our desks and moving things back to where they were after they finish up. they continue to thoroughly vacuum our carpet and clean our bathroom and kitchen very nicely. 3 Lazy Maids...I have a one bedroom apt. It was $120 an hour....it took them OVER 2 hours...$250....for a ONE BEDROOM APT. And they missed all kinds of spots....windows, behind doors etc....I called and complained. He said he would call me back and never did. Terrible service read more

I've had 3 Maids for years and highly recommend them. I have monthly service with Grace's team. I like that the same people come each time and know what I wish done. Fred, the owner/supervisor, is easy to deal with. He explained a price increase last year to my complete satisfaction. The women bring all cleaning supplies and the vacuum with them. We moved into a new house. Wanted it cleaned nicely before we got in there. The owner of 3 maids came and provided an estimate and said it would take 6 ppl. for 6-8 hours to do. I trusted that. They did a great job cleaning, but were done in 4 hours. The initial rate was given on an hourly basis and that would've been cheaper for me. But I trusted the owner to know better. The owner after the fact did not credit me back for the shortage of hours. Felt cheated by 3 maids in that way. read more

I had my house recently cleaned by 3maids cleaning and not only were they on time, but they did a great job as well. They were quick, detailed and professional. And when I felt certain spaces of my house were not cleaned thoroughly, the crew leader in charge fixed it to my satisfaction. Been using this service for the last 9 years, the service is fantastic, the young ladies they send do exactly what I ask them to do they arrive on time and don't leave until they are done. Our apartment looks and smells great after they complete their job. The ladies are very very pleasant. I HAVE NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER in 9 years been billed inappropriately, the charge is ALWAYS CORRRECT. Additionally I have had 5 or 6 times when I have had to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, and as a regular customer they did not charge my card because of a late cancel.
