Dryer repair tech diagnosed 90V coming from an outlet that should've been 220V. Thor Enterprises came out that same day and replaced the faulty breaker. Our house was built in 1978 and has the same breaker box. Danny said it was still in working order and didn't need to be replaced altogether. We accidentally cut a few wires at the back of a covered outlet, so we called requesting assistance in reconnecting. We were quoted $550 for the rewiring, but upon arrival, the wires were tested and they were not energized and showed no voltage. No rewiring needed, but we were still charged $495.
