I explained to them that I just would like a refund because I do not trust anything that they sell after that they had me weigh another hour and a half in order to process the refund that's not my concern. My concern is they only process half of the refill which was 1/2 of the payment back to my debit card and the other half I had to wait to pick up the next day. Pick up the check today, Tuesday and went to Bank of America in which day bank with who's refusing to cash a check so I reached back out to town and country. Say hey listen I gave you guys cash. They're refusing to cash a check what is the next step? There's nothing I can do so basically they're saying I have to take it to a check cashing place to cash the check for a fee, which is substantial 5% or I have to take it an deposit into my account which will hold this check for 3 to 4 days based off the check amount and the purchase of me getting for my daughter another because they're out here selling junk buyers beware they will sell you a piece of sh*t and smile in your face!

They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the problem (the one that is directly from the Jeep service bulletin), and then I told them I had an extended warranty that should cover that, but they couldn't connect me with finance because they don't come in until 9:30. So I would have to pay up front, talk to finance at a later date and hope it worked out. I asked for my car back and sat for another 30 minutes before they could pull it around, and it didn't even get a quick car wash. Never again. Go to any other dealership. You're welcome.
