We hired them to clean the carpet in the lobby area and stairs in a condo building. I called and they were friendly. Communication was also easy via text. The technician, Israel, arrived in the stated time window and was polite and professional. The only thing I suggest is that they ask if we want extra services such as stain guard and disinfection before arrival. I normally have to get everything, including costs, approved by the HOA beforehand so it was hard for me to make a decision on the spot without trying to find my neighbors to ask them. read more

TL;DR Our carpets were dirty. Now they're clean. Israel was awesome: called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time. Full story: "Have kids," they said. "You'll make great parents. And they'll be so cute!" Ok fine... but they never said how messy they'd be. Fast forward 5 years, you'd think our home was moonlighting as a dirt factory. Between the blowouts, diaper-less "airing out" (aka "gambling with Mother Nature" time), spilled milk, spilled food, spilled parental survival juice (read: wine), dog "accidents" (that seemed rather "on purpose" in the moment), and using the rooms as a home office / home gym / actual home for 2+ years through Covid, these things were dirty! Enter grandparents... "we'd love to watch the kids this weekend!" Ok... so we have a quiet house. What shall we do? Get the carpets cleaned, of course! But without any planning, will anyone be available last minute? Not the first company we called. But Do It Green was empathetic to our situation and came out the next morning, even though they had planned on being closed! I am deeply disappointed with this company. They gave me an estimate of $150 for two rooms and when they came the technician told the tenant, that they could use a special sanitizer and shampoo instead and that would be an extra and they asked for $310. The tenant called me and asked me to upgrade the service. As I was on the phone, the technician bumped it to $350. After back and forth on the phone, he asked for $315 if I pay cash. I called the office to complain about asking for cash since I was not there to pay them cash. Yet, 10 minutes later they left without cleaning the unit!!!! First, they shouldn't have discussed the price with the tenant. Second, they should have told me about the different types of services on the phone when we scheduled the service. The guy was rude on the phone too. I don't know how he is getting 5 stars! read more

I gave them every opportunity to make it right. The service was good but, due to an apparent misunderstanding, I have my entire house done except the most important room, the living room. The first room you see when you walk into the house. I paid extra to get the bathroom done and I'm going to not get the living room done. Word to the wise. Be VERY clear about what is, and what is not, to be cleaned. Because apparently the very nice young man that did the job, reasoned otherwise. Spoke to the HQ and was told I'd have to pay the minimum charge to have them come out and do this last room. Maybe I'm missing something, but who would pay to get a bathroom done and then not get the living room done. Unless if course if there was barf all over the bathroom and the living room was pristine. Noooot. Feeling very unhappy. 3/13/17 - Update. Got a call from the store manager who said he wanted to make it right. The very polite technician returned and for $40 did the living room, offered to touch up the dining room again and even took out a coffee spill in the bedroom. Overall happy with the service. I'd hire them again. Suggested that they update their process to engage the client before all the equipment gets put away. That way any dissatisfaction has an opportunity to be addressed without the setup or minimum charges of a follow up visit. read more

Now, I don't know how environmentally unfriendly regular carpet cleaning is, but this service seemed to be reasonably priced. He was punctual, fast and did a good job. Our house is large and we wanted stairs done, so it ended up being quite a bit more expensive than I would have liked. Will serviced our house, he was very kind, polite, punctual and provided great tips for keeping the carpet clean. We also had an enzyme treatment done on all the carpets because the puppy had peed on them, and I no longer smell pet odors and the puppy no longer pees in the house. I can't be more pleased than I am with Do It Green. I called them and got an appointment for right away. I had used this service with great results. This time it was awful. When he finished I said its very wet he said turn a fan on. I had the fans on for a day in a half and the heater on for another day. Carpet was sorta dry.som spots were still very wet and not that clean. I have wood floors under the carpets. One of the spots that was very wet a board pop ed up. They ste too expensive for this kind of service so never again. read more

Hired do it green for my large sectional and headboard. Scheduling was quick and easy! That got me in within a couple days (I was flexible, didn't have emergent stains). Another perfect visit from Do It Green! Luiggi came out today to clean our high traffic, worn carpet and it now looks brand new again! It has been over 3 years since we've had it cleaned.
