In fact ,ur coworker offered to do cabinets in kitchen and suggested it would be cheaper, and we all went over moving sink further to make things more functional! There was no thought on ur part about respect even when u knew who my current plumber was. U mentioned that u knew them and he was a great guy. And still u said u would prepare an estimate. There was absolutely no miscommunication. U failed to respond and my review made u respond to cover ur mishap! I have no reason to lie ! And as a company u should own up to ur mistakes and be honest! My gas water heater died last night and as usual, I relied on Yelp reviews to help me find a reliable, trustworthy, reasonably-priced person... someone I could trust to help me with problems I have little to no knowledge about. It was 9pm and I put my inquiry out on Yelp. The owner, Cole of Do It Rite Plumbing replied almost immediately & I started a chat with him on my cell. He didn't have any appointments available until Saturday.... being it was only Tuesday night - that was a long ways away. I didn't expect him to recommend another person for the job, but Cole did... (trust factor #1). Next morning, I called that person and setup a time with him. Several hours later, Cole called and said he had a cancellation. Great for me, but I told him the other person was coming over in the afternoon. Cole said he would communicate with him and square everything away (trust factor #2). Fifteen minutes later, Cole is at my home and assessing the old water heater. As luck would have it, the pilot light wouldn't stay on, it was, after all over 10 years old. Cole called for a gas water heater quote and gave me the price to haul away the old water heater, pickup the new one and install it with new copper hoses. Awesome... I was ecstatic! An hour half later, he was done and I had hot water.... hallelulah!!! (trust factor #3) Two hours later, I got a follow up call from Cole to confirm that I wasn't having any problems with my water heater (trust factor #4). I would highly recommend Cole for your plumbing needs! He's honest, professional, quick and works clean. Set up an appointment for Do It Rite to purchase a new water heater, install the new water heater, and dispose of the old one. On the day of the install Cole and his crew showed up on time and quickly and efficiently installed the new water heater and put the old water heater on their truck. I used Do It Rite Plumbing few years back when my garbage disposal and sink backed up and they ended up having to snake it 50 ft! I was impressed with their professionalism, yet friendliness. The other night there was a puddle of water under my sink and I saw a tiny drip coming from the bottom of my garbage disposal. The cabinet bottom was wet but I thought it had just accumulated. Made an appointment with Do It Right to come yesterday. It got worse overnight and by the time I went to bed, I saw water dripping regularly from the pipes even where it went into my wall! I saturated towels in the process, but couldn't figure out why the towels were getting wet when the pot was catching the water. I had an appointment between 10:00-12:00 and I was so pleasantly surprised that Andrew and Jay came early (they tried to call but my phone was on silence, so they came anyway). In less than 2 minutes, they knew and showed me what the problem was (faucet line was leaking and spewing out a fine mist explaining why the towels were wet). Unfortunately, the line is connected the faucet unit so I needed a new faucet. They went to Lowe's, sent me photos of what was available and bought it and came back and installed it, including the new soap dispenser. I can't believe how painless it was! This morning I noticed my faucet could rotate 360 and wasn't sure if it was supposed to be like that. I took a video and was going to text them but ended up phoning them by mistake so I hung up. Few seconds later, I got a call from them (!) and I explained what my concern was, told them which faucet I had and Cole, the owner assured me that was normal, that some models do that "free spinning". I am totally impressed by the exemplary service and would never consider using another plumber. Cole responded super quick on Yelp...unlike some others on here. He was also able to give me an accurate quote to help me price it out. With the best price and best reviews I scheduled him for just after New Year's. Cole came out to the site while the countertop guys were finishing up. Based on their recommendation, Cole rescheduled me for the day after so the countertop had time to set. The the showed up around 2pm and were all done and cleaned up by 4pm. Cole, a veteran and the business owner and his employee Andrew were absolutely outstanding. I had a long list of preventative maintenance and a couple of improvements (i.e. adding a hose bib) that I wanted to get done BEFORE it was an emergency. I don't know if it was something I said or what, but trying to get a plumber out to do "non-emergency" work at non-emergency prices was a challenge. After about 3 weeks of trying to schedule a plumber, I called Cole and suddenly it wasn't so difficult to get a quote and get it scheduled. He and Andrew showed up on time, even called to confirm he was 15 minutes out when he completed his previously scheduled job. The two of them spent the day taking care of everything I wanted and even did a couple of improvements (like installing a new ball valve for the main water shut off valve in a much better location) that I did not expect. Cole and Andrew are a great team and do great work. I learned a really good lesson in the last month or so regarding plumbers. I have never had a problem scheduling a plumber during the rare emergency, but try and schedule one when you don't have water up to your ankles and WOW, the response is a bit different! We will not be using anybody else in the future. Do It Right Plumbing was so awesome at my non-emergency repairs that we won't be calling anyone else if/when we have any emergency or non-emergency repair in the future.
