This is a windy day but we have a small dog and sitting outside. The breakfast is delicious and filling. Service is very good!

This was our first visit to Dockside. There's inside seating and 'dockside' seating. We opted for dockside. It was quiet and perfect weather for outside dining. My husband had drunkin clams with spaghetti and I had the shrimp tacos. The tacos were huge! There were 3 fried shrimp, fresh pico and lettuce, and a tiny side of coleslaw. Our waitress was attentive, checking on us frequently! They have drink specials and a full service bar outside. Watch your food! We were dive bombed by a seagull!

Eaten there several times, the food is always good. The servers are always pleasant and I love the waterfront atmosphere.

One of my favorite places in Tuckerton, NJ. The ambience both out doors and inside is wonderful. They are dog friendly outside-providing water and treats for your pet. The food is made fresh with great care. The servers are friendly, happy and helpful. They have music in the late afternoon, which is a nice treat with a couple of drinks and friends. I highly recommend.

Casual family waterfront dining with friendly service! We called ahead and they easily accommodated our multigenerational group of 10. Waitress was exceptional accommodating our picky eaters and large group. Large menu and everyone loved their meals. I had the California Eggs Benedict expertly prepared with fresh produce. Cakes tasted homemade like my Grandmas recipe. Would love to return someday to be able to eat outside when the weather is nicer. Perfect final meal for our family's vacation week!

To start I'd like to say the only reason this didn't get a 4-5 star was not because of the food which was very tasty.. I'll start with the good, it's located in little egg harbor on the water and if ur not careful you might pass it right by. There's a marina there too so I believe you can in by boat too..the outdoor seating was very cozy and had its own bar. The inside was nice and clean with lots of windows with great views. This restaurant was recommended highly by my family which have been at least several Times and loved it. My father had recommended any of the burgers so I decided I'd place a take out order and get one since I was solo. I got a cheeseburger and fries...the burger had what seemed like I would say a brioche bun which was great and a very proper amount of chees. The beef itself was a delicious properly cooked angus 7 ounce sirloin which I think was 7 ounces after being cooked not like many places list the size after cooking which was great bc it was very tasty and filling..just juicy enough.. the French fries ! Oh the French fries they are my favorite kind. As you'll see in the photo they are standard size fries not steak fries or waffle fries and they have what I like to call almost a bettered crispyness to them even after being in a to go box..in the past I've heard these type of fries are either beer battered or similar or double fried but they are my favorite type which I wish more restaraunts would serve! Now to the downside. And I mention this hesitantly bc it was not the experience my family has ever had with service they always had great service. So keep that in find to be fair after reading my experience. I called for the order and it was a bit strange that the woman said she had to find someone to write down my order, no big deal but odd..that alone absolutely a non issue but when I arrived I went inside and stood at the register where multiple staff and what I'd assume a management or owner noticed me and for a good 7-10 minutes I just stood there till one waitress asked what I was waiting on I said just here to pay for my burger which was sitting right there..she said let me see if I can find someone to help u with this after a few minutes I overheard staff saying "well it's not my job" so eventually the waitress came back and said I'm going to find someone that can help you pay.. my food is sitting there just getting cold now for a while and after probly another 5-10 minutes some random employee came inside and I asked him for assistance he basically said the same thing let me mind someone to let you pay finally the initial waitress showed up and asked cash or credit I said cash bc of the posted extra fee for credit and figured it was easiest and she said oh sorry we don't accept cash inside you'll have to go around back and pay for the burger than come back inside. I said it's fine I'll just pay w a card I've already had my food sitting for a while..again this wasn't the service experience my family has ever had so take it with a grain of salt as they say but if I hadn't been recommended to this place by anyone I'd never return based on that service regardless of how good the food was..I'll still return in hopes that it was just a bad night...also I'd add the breakfast images I've seen online look quite good too but haven't tried it personally and the price of the burger before the "forced credit card payment" was a fair 12 dollars for it ..enjoy !

My partner started with the wings. He said they were crispy and delicious! He then got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries were an up charge from potato chips which we thought was weird. He said the burger was very dry and only came with 2 small strips of bacon. He liked the fries. I had the Cobb salad which was one of the best Cobbs I ever had. It was loaded with chicken, blue cheese, eggs, olives, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. I almost finished it but couldn't. I forgot to take pics when we were served so I took them a bit late. Overall, a good meal and we will be returning. The place is overly decorated in my opinion but that's just me. PS: please do something about the potholes in your parking lot. We had an honest conversation and she assured me that they will be addressing the behavior and working towards preventing these kinds of issues in the future. She did not ask me to take down my previous review or make this update. All she did was take accountability for her staff, tried to get to the bottom of it, and looked to remedy the situation. This is truly an example how a business owner should behave and so kudos to you! I can tell from our interaction that she takes pride in her business and wants everyone to enjoy their time there. Although I still stand by my last review, I also want to edit my statement that I would never go back. I would give them a second try if I'm ever back in the area just based on how this situation was handled by management. Hoping that changes can be made positively in regard to service so it could match up with food/drinks and overall ambiance.

The waiter was caring, friendly, and professional. Secondly, the food was great, and actually even better than the last time. I started my lunch with a cup of their Chicken Tortilla Soup, which had a lightly spicy tomato-based broth infused with loads of shredded white meat chicken and garnished with a few tortilla strips. It was flavorful, comforting, and a perfect vehicle in which to dip their crusty Italian bread. Now the real improvement came from my selected entree. While the Asian Shrimp Salad that I had ordered previously was just mediocre, the Seared Tuna Salad that I got this time was delicious! The plate included mixed greens, sliced avocado, julienne cucumbers, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, and sesame-crusted, sushi-grade tuna, which I ordered seared to a medium rare. The fish was tender and perfectly cooked. Cups of wasabi and Asian dressing were served on the side and further infused a tangy heat to the dish. It was colorful, textural, and simply delicious. It was a real winner! Manera's Restaurant provided yet another enjoyable meal with dedicated service in a classy, yet casual, atmosphere.

Waking up to a fresh snowfall is always a gift--made even better after an exceptional New Year's Eve at The Waterfront NJ Restaurant in Lacey, NJ. This year marked our 35th consecutive celebration with our best friends the Fays, a tradition that grows richer every time we gather. The ballroom was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the band "Slap Happy" delivered an outstanding performance. With the drinks flowing, at one point, we even found ourselves at the microphone, adding our own spirited contribution to the night. While our table was a bit close to the stage--and the volume certainly matched the energy--the music, dancing, and drinks created a vibrant, festive atmosphere. Angolina, our server, was outstanding, helping to elevate the evening from the moment we arrived. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly efficient, she kept the celebration flowing. We began with our first round of drinks, and I made sure to savor my final dirty martini of the year. After three rounds and plenty of laughter, Angolina returned to take our dinner selections. Jeanne Marshall Schrader chose the jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab, finished with a luxurious lobster‑sherry cream, and served with rice and vegetables -- $35. I opted for the Zuppa D'Pesce: a beautifully prepared combination of jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, crab meat, little neck clams, and mussels in a spicy marinara over linguini -- $42. Carolyn Fay and Bob both selected the GF filet -- an 8oz center-cut topped with compound butter, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and a side of demi‑glaze -- $42. It was a flawless New Year's Eve--excellent food, exceptional service, lively entertainment, and the best company to welcome another year together.

Everybody else had the same idea as we did (it was PACKED for Labor Day Weekend!) but we still managed to grab a high top in the sun as most of the patrons were at the outdoor bar near the band or at the indoor bar. To no fault of their own, it was a little difficult to put in food/drink orders but the bartenders and servers were working incredibly hard and non-stop. We had an array of different drinks including Rum Runners, Tequila Sunrises, Rum & Cokes, and draft beers (pretty good craft options on tap if I must say - we had Dogfish Head 60 min IPA and Dogfish Head Grateful Dead). My mom and fiancé really liked their Rum Runners and I loved my Tequila Sunrise. We eventually put food in as well, just a bunch of appetizers to split which we love to do. We had Garlic Parm Tails (sauce was good!), Nachos, and Drunken Clams. The Middlenecks were cooked well and served in a white wine butter sauce. The food is pretty much what you'd expect from a dive-esque bar. Even with the hour long drive we had both ways, the location being right on the water and the vibes offer plenty of reason to keep coming back.
