I can honestly say this was **the best pork chop I've ever eaten, ever.** Tender, sweet, meaty and paired perfectly with the creamy cheese grits and the tang and smoke of the charred tomatoes. Nick Taylor was a comical game host who worked the crowd and kept the game moving along nicely.
