This place used to be a Carmel wash but I'm assuming ownership changed. Back in the day they used to charge $4 for a basic wash and now it's $6 but the kindness of the staff and the quality job they do makes up for it. They will even offer you deals if you buy gift cards. read more

Starting going thru the car wash and just as I entered I noticed there was NO soap coming out. I thought it was odd as I looked ahead and noticed there were NO suds anywhere. They sent me thru a water wash without saying anything about the soap not working plus all the wash brushes could use replacing!! They kept sending cars thru knowing the soap wasn't working. Didn't want an offered refund but it will be my last time going thru this car wash - too many choices out there. read more

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this place is under new management because I had been going here for about a year now, would get a wash and usually hand vacuum out my car since, 1. My car is rarely dirty inside with the exception to a few crumbs or grass and, 2. The few times I allowed them to clean out the inside, it was always never up to the price I'd paid... BUT... Overall, I liked the place and I could do it myself.. 15-20 mins and I'm in and out. Today, I went, saw all new faces and I think the name was different too... I noticed everyone was having their car cleaned by the workers and only 1 other car was at the self-vacuum. I wash my car at lunch, so I went through the wash and opted to vacuum myself. I'd always completed all four sections of my car, and at times, even wiped down the windows... Again, never more than a 20min trip from entrance to exit... Today, I got the backseat floors/ seats and the passenger floor/ seat and had just finished the drivers seat when the vacuum shut off.. I drove to the next one... Same thing. I realized they'd shut them all off and noticed the huge 5minute allowance for each vacuum... I only went to vacuum and paid 10 bucks for the outside just for the hell of needing to clean out my drivers side INSIDE. Needless to say, my car is washed when it wasn't needed yet and what I went there to do is still not done. It's not like there was a line of cars waiting to use it as I would never have anyone wait on me. I was, literally, there with another car and rows of available vacuums, but I thought that was petty! Had I known that I would've done the drivers side 1st but NEVER had this issue in a year. I'll be back at Star or any of the other BILLION car washes on the way home and/ or in the general area. I, also, will let my colleagues know at the HUGE company that I'm employed with since we all went here for a quick wash. Grant it, the signs are clear, but seriously... Normally love the washes I get here but today was a let down! Car was still filthy, pointed out several spots but didn't notice all of them while we were there. Tons of bug guts left all over the hood of the car. Ended up having to finish cleaning them off ourselves at home once we noticed. I would just get a regular car wash but definitely not a car detail that's worth 90 dollars. I was promised the vehicle was going to get all cleaned. Let's start by the vehicle was not vacuumed after being shampooed. The center console was not cleaned, nor shampooed. There were areas that were not shampooed m, clean or vacuumed for example cup holders, doors cup holders, edges around the vehicle, small areas, and door side holders. The shampoo machinery that's used to shampoo is not powerful just blows air so after being shampooed blows everything to the surface of the carpet. It looks dirty instead of clean. If your looking for a full on detail on your vehicle with out a spot missed would definitely not recommend this place not even if it was cheaper in price. Waste of time and money. On top of that I went back to give them a second chance to make a better impression. The worker was very disrespectful did not come into terms. I just told him it's fine I'll go somewhere else that will do a better job. Not a friendly staff. Overall, car wash and tires are good. read more

The car wash I got was done pretty well. The only real problem I had was how many times I noticed someone wipe their face with one of the microfiber towels. That might no seem like a big deal but one guy was picking his nose with one. I don't mean like a subtle nose pick. I mean he was using the glass door as a mirror and digging up into his nose in front of all the customers. That's just nasty. read more

I went to Doc's Carwash today and had a bad experience. An employee directed me into the wheel well and motion for me to move forward. At that point, there was a lot of grinding and rubbing noise. When I got to the employee, I asked if the noise was from my wheel rubbing against the "trough". She said yes. After passing through the was, I got out of my car to examine my front left wheel and sure enough it had wheel rash. I voiced my displeasure to the manager in charge. He talked and talked about how it was not their fault and how he had worked at various car washes for several years. He never accepted responsibility but did offer me the return of my $10 I paid for the wash. Not much compensation for a $150 repair on the wheel. This place does not live up to the prior ownership. read more

I just picked my car up from Doc's Carwash. I paid $89 for a full detail. I was told it would take 2 hours to do and I received a phone call that it was done 45 minutes later. The carpets were not shampooed because they were not the slightest bit damp. I asked if the back are was shampooed and was told yes, it was barely vacuumed. When I spend that much money for a detail I don't expect a wash that I drove it thru and a vacuum. Won't be back.... read more

If you pay $50 for a car wash, you would at least think they would vacuum the ENTIRE vehicle. This place basically vacuumed the front and left the back and the trunk completely untouched. On top of that, they argued about it when we took it back and asked them to vacuum the whole thing. Normally I would not complain, but when you pay that much for something that takes a half hour total, you should expect, at the very least, that they would do a decent job on the whole vehicle. read more

I had the worst experience. I paid for the approximately $20 car wash. I went through the wash and pulled over to the side where an attendant dried my car and dressed my tires. I then had to vacuum the interior of the car myself which was fine. However, I went around to the front of my car to see that it hadn't even gotten wet and was missed in the wash. It was still filthy. I asked the gentleman that dried my car if he wanted to clean just that area of the car so that he didn't have to do the entire car again or if he thought that I should go back through the wash. He stated that he wasn't going to clean that area, but that I would be charged for another wash to go back through. I said that was absurd and pulled back around to the wash and let the attendant know. He told me to drive through the wash again. I did. This time, they did not give me the wash that I paid for with the clean rinse, etc...so all of that was washed away. I then drive back so that they could dry off my car. The attendant waves at me to drive away. He says that he is not drying it again. I have to walk around and find the manager whom just says, "tell them I said do it." Very uncomfortable position to be put in. I will not go back there ever again! read more
