I was recommended to this place by my attorney. I had been in an accident and this place was to be for therapy. At first I was a little leary about this place. After attending a few times, I felt that I was going in the right direction for my back therapy. I was given massages with a machine, electrical impulses, and back exercises which really helped. The young ladies were always very courteous to me and very professional. Dr. Byron was helpful and knowledgeable. He was also extremely courteous and professional. However, I had an appointment for today and waited for nearly an hour because the front desk receptionist failed to put my file to get picked up by a nurse. She noticed patients that checked in after me going inside and assumed I was taken care of despite of me patiently sitting in the waiting room out in the open, visible. I also, after I wrote this review, went in to get my actual x-rays and they didn't have them. They gave me a piece of paper with what they saw on the x-rays. I've been going to this clinic for 15+ yrs. I always had a female Dr. From Dr Ketterer to Dr Bettina. Today I went and it was the first time I had to explain myself to a male Dr. Once I did he explained that he couldn't help with HRT although the website states the Doctors there are qualified. After $ 175 visit I left with out a solution. I'll still go to Dr Clinic. All my records are there , I just want return to this location. I like when the dr listen to me, and understood I know my body and when something is wrong. And didn't just pass me along to someone else. read more

Made an appointment for a yearly physical, with a specific doctor, based on positive google reviews. The clinic called a few days before to tell me the doctor would be out the day I originally scheduled and we rescheduled. Pulled up to my appointment and realized it isnt a professional office building, but one of those workman comp/ accident clinics. The NP walks in and tells me the doctor I originally scheduled doesnt work there anymore, but a supervising doctor visits the location once a week. Lady, take my blood, call me in a week to let me know all is good and lets pretend this one- day stand didnt happen The place was clean and the staff were nice, but I don't like being blindsided. read more

Don't waste your time or risk your life. Whomever owns this sham of a medical company should be drawn and quartered. The staff should truly be better trained. The doctors, er... I mean nurses or assistants (they have no doctors) try to help you, but the staff rarely follows up with their instructions. The owners don't care about the severe lack of discipline or professional equipment. They must not be serious about medical care. Deserves NO stars. read more

While the initial annual and well woman visit in November appeared decent, then the problems started. I had to call multiple times to get the results of my blood work. By the time I get an answer to the results I am told that everything is fine. Follow it up later in December when I remembered, I ask for them to send my prescription for birth control to my pharmacy only to be told that my pap smear was abnormal and they can't help me. Keep in mind that in November they told me everything was fine. It took two more people to tell me that my pap smear was good. The first person tells me that something was wrong and the second person hesitates to tell me that it was good but at this point I am a bit fed up and request a copy of what they obviously can't seem to read and end up going to a OBGYN. Fast forward to February, I start receiving bills from their bloods lab for the November appointment. Thinking it was a billing error, I give the blood works people my insurance information. Then not thinking much of it, I get another bill at the end of February for the office for my pap smear (keep in mind when I made the appointment as well as when I arrived I checked with the office staff that it was covered with my insurance). Fed up with bills that I shouldn't be getting, I call my insurance to check my benefits. Aetna informs me that the office was not allowed to do my well woman exam and was informed of such by Aetna. Thus only because I called my insurance, I find out after the fact that the office lied about what they were allowed to do under my insurance. So despite that the office staff that my visit was covered by my insurance, they did a procedure that my insurance told them that wasn't covered and rather than tell me, they said nothing and they did it anyways. Further to my insurance telling me that the clinic was not authorized to do my check up and was informed of such by the insurance, their labs weren't considered reputable to do the lab work the did do. So now the office and their blood work company are chasing me for almost $1k on an appointment they had told me my insurance covered. They lied to me. I've talked to their office manager who didn't seem to care that they are doing procedures that insurances aren't covering and is fine with lying about it just to get me in the door. Here's a key point for those who got this far, the insurance even told me that they shouldn't be billing me as part of the response from the insurance and the office and lab is that I am not legally responsible for these unauthorized work but they are still relentless billing me personally. Moral of my visit is do not go to them unless you like to be lied to about what is covered and expect to find out later that they're doing things your insurance as told them is not covered and being billed and chased for money. They bait and switch, who knew a doctor's office could make a snake oil salesman look good. read more

I have been using Doctors Clinic since my previous PCP switched to a VIP service and I refuse to pay over $1,000/year to see my doctor once or twice a year. My first visit about 3 years ago I saw (and met) Dr. Wali, but since then, I have seen a PA on every visit. I go once a year for annual blood work and twice a year for my prescriptions. In December, 2017, I had to go because I ended up with the flu. There is a long wait, but that happens at almost every doctor's office I've ever been to. About a month after my annual blood work I go and pick up my results. If something is needed or turns up unusual on my blood work, I receive a phone call from the office within a week letting me know what is going on. I have had very good luck with the PA's every time I have gone and they really seem to care, so maybe it's just me. And the staff in the front office are very nice so I have no complaint with Doctors Clinic. read more

This location is very unprofessional. I arrived for a simple drug test and there were only 2 people ahead of me & those guys had been waiting for over an hour. Another gentleman walked in and he did NOT have an appointment and he was able to skip All 3 of us. I will not recommend this location for any employer. read more

This was my first appt at this clinic, it had been a few years since I had seen a GP. I arrived very prepared with lab work that I had done every year for the past 5 years. I even made a chart of my "high numbers" on my lab work so the doc could get a general idea of what was going on in my health the last 5 years. I had other concerns that I wrote down so I wouldn't forget. Nurse assistant was sweet, but not qualified to be there. She did not know what a cesarean was and did not know how to pronouce Osteoporosis..so..the doc finally comes in, i show her my lab work from the last 5 years and because it was from another country, but totally understandable, she just discounted them and said she doesnt trust them. One reading of my blood pressure and says "you have high blood pressure you need medication". To make a long story short, she couldn't have cared less about me, she showed no interest, was dry and short and sent me for blood work without ever asking me to fast the night before. Test results in, Osteoporosis. She has the sweet assistant call me to tell me I have this and prescribed a strong medication and calcium. Well.....low and behold if she had read my lab work that I brought in, she would have seen I have enough calcium. Getting more technical, she should have tested me for Vit D, that is what helps absorb the calcium into the bones. I have since seen a competent doc in Baylor College of Medicine that is doing all the right things for me and asking me all the right questions. It is so important to be pro active in your health and do research there are some quacks out there, I found one at this clinic, stay away...... read more

The doctors and staff have always been polite to me. One of the nurses there named Theresa is the best. She's gone out of her way multiple times to help me. My doctor Mrs. Wali is great as well. I respect that she was professional enough to not just hand me medication after just meeting me. Their wait times can be long but I've yet to see a doctor that didn't have that same problem.
