Used the in-office kiosk, entered my info, then they pushed me to the website where I entered info again, twice. No indication of the payment, vague indications of the appointment. Horrible horrible horrible customer service experience. But I've already paid so I'm riding it out. If someone from Quest wants to contact me, I'd looooove to talk with you. Again, the onsite staff is just doing their job. It's not their fault. It's "nobody's" fault except the vague online "them". I'm sure the CEO makes a ton of money, is quite proud of himself, and tells jokes about patients at country club cocktail parties. Is it fundamentally worse than other healthcare? Hard to say but it's dehumanized, unpleasant, vague, all-about-the-money, and feels slimy and gross. It's Severance for healthcare. Would not recommend.

Out of nowhere, a staff member stormed out, raised her voice at me, and accused me of not "doing it correctly" -- without once asking if I needed help or clarification. When I explained that I was just waiting for my insurance card, she continued to speak to me harshly and dismissively before walking away to sit on her phone instead of offering assistance. This type of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior is the reason I chose to take my care elsewhere. If you want to be treated with basic courtesy and respect as a patient, I do not recommend this center.

The clinic itself was clean and everyone had mask on. The doctor gave me a few recommendations to cure my finger and wrote me a prescription. A week into my recovery, the wrap covering my leg from knee to toes began to come loose -- something my doctor said could be carefully re-wrapped, but which would be extremely difficult for me to manage on my own due to the extent of my injuries. I came to OnPoint, expecting to receive a few minutes of basic assistance and was stunned when the clerk conferred with the medical staff and informed me that re-wrapping is "not something they get involved with." When I said that I found it hard to believe they would prefer I go home and attempt this myself rather than offer minimal help, I received only a shrug. Since I can't drive myself -- it is my right ankle that is broken -- I had to arrange to be be taken to AFC Urgent Care on Weslayan, where the staff took a few moments to assess my situation and re-wrapped the loosened area without hesitation. They even invited me to return if the wrap should come loose again before my follow-up appointment. I understand urgent care facilities have limitations, but refusing to spend five minutes assisting a patient with a serious fracture -- particularly one who cannot simply drive herself elsewhere -- reflects poorly on this practice. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend OnPoint to anyone in a vulnerable sitution.

Our daughter is currently working here, which gave us a chance to spend some time in the area and see just how massive this medical district really is. The area is beautifully maintained and enormous, with world-class hospitals, research institutions, and medical schools all concentrated in one place. I jokingly call it "the Las Vegas of hospitals" -- the scale, energy, and constant activity are remarkable. Overall, an incredible medical hub and something quite impressive to see firsthand. I was on hold for over 10 minutes, and when she finally joined, her tone was rude, dismissive, and impatient. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, she hung up on me -- without ever asking about my sick child. As a hardworking mother with excellent insurance, I expect basic respect and compassion -- not attitude and rudeness. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a medical professional who is supposed to care for families. 0/10 -- I would never recommend Dr. Onugha or Teladoc to anyone. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and understanding, not dismissed or disrespected.
