Then, after I got the issue fixed, I headed back to the shop to get my inspection sticker and they'd closed early for xmas eve! There was NO signage on the door. On the Friday following xmas, I headed out early before work to try and get the problem resolved again, and the shop was still closed with NO SIGNAGE stating they'd be closed- they also had no prompt on their answering service stating they'd be closed. They wasted my time with the poor communication, and I felt angry when the tech smiled while handing me my rejection sticker. Wouldn't recommend this chaotic, unprofessional place.

At 4 pm, I called and was told they only had one person who could do inspections and he was at another location, but everything else was done. Fine. I left it overnight again. The next day, still no phone call. At 2 pm, I called to check in. They told me the inspection still wasn't done because the guy was still at the other site. I calmly asked if they had called him to let him know my car was waiting. The response I got was, "You can come pick up your car!" I was stunned. I said I never said I needed the car! I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Upon pulling into the lot (around 830am), I was immediately greeted by a technician walking out to diagnose another car. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting for quality work, and he didn't hesitate to offer military, and loyalty discounts to customers that came in. Absolutely recommend coming here and this will be my first (and only) stop for any maintenance that I don't do on any of my automobiles.

Decided to stop by Speedy since it was in the most convenient location for me, and if I had to wait or leave my car then so be it. Front desk service was friendly, was told it would take up to an hour so I decided to wait. Waiting area is small but clean with comfortable chairs and water. I brought my game console to keep myself occupied but they finished inspecting my car within 40 minutes and I was off on my merry way. Definitely will come back for future car inspections.
